Pequannock man charged with criminal sexual conduct on 2 mentally disabled women

PEQUANNOCK -- A Pompton Plains man was charged tonight with four counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly touching the breasts and vaginal areas of two women with mild mental disabilities.
