Scheduled to open on or about November 1, 2009, subject to City inspections and approvals.
Approximately 100 individual dealers signed up so far; still room for more!
Great location and signage on Route 1, just north of Fort Lauderdale.

Wonderful antique mall, friendly staff and beautiful vintage and antique furniture.
The huge selection of jewelry, porcelains, antique dolls etc. is a delight to see.
The mall is open 7 days weekly from 10:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M., and on Saturday's 10:00A.M to 7:00P.M.
A delightful place to shop with plenty of parking for everyone.

Truly one of the best antique malls with excellent quality merchandise at exceptional values. Wonderful antique and vintage glass, porcelain, sterling, jewelry, etc. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. A "must place" to shop for beautiful items that are just no longer made anymore! Highest recommendations!!!

Yippee this antique mall finally opened!!
A group of us have had the pleasure of venturing
out to The Sugar Chest Antiue Mall. Found some fabulous vintage linens from several dealers!
Alittle bit of everything here!
Can;t wait to go back! Spaces are filling up fast!

Probably one of the friendliest shops in town.
Pompano is so excited to have their own antique mall and since the hours are 7 days a week that makes it ever so nice for those of us who work during the week.
Found an adorable vintage side table for my living room.

CHARGES ADDED TO CREDIT CARD DAY AFTER PURCHASE.

I purchased multiple items at the Sugar Chest Antique Mall. One of those items, priced $15, was shown to me from a locked case by an employee. I approved of the item and had it held at the desk while I continued shopping. I left after charging the purchases to my credit card.

In viewing my credit card statement a month later I noticed an additional $127.20 charge from The Sugar Chest Antique Mall, the day after my visit.

I called the antique mall and spoke to a manager, Kathy, and was told they had made a mistake and charged the balance of what they felt the item was worth to my credit card – the day after, without authorization or notice.

After much discussion, Kathy told me I obviously purchased the item erroneously, knowing it was worth much more and that she would waive their “no-return policy” and return the full amount if I returned the item.

My credit card company is contesting the unauthorized charges.

(The day after I spoke to Kathy I searched eBay for a like item and found one for $10)

Do you really have nothing better to do than post things like this? Unbelieveable. Get a life.

I co-signed some items with one of them and after a period of time my items were NOT returned to me but I saw them in a thrift store.Talked to the owner and took some pics and was advised the person that gave them to the thrift store acted like they were hers. Tells you alot about this antique mall and their sellers!Be careful you might be buying stolen items. Like my items that were stolen!

Congrats! on a job well done setting up this mall. The management and staff truly make it a joy to shop at the Sugar Chest Antique Mall. The mall has a inventory that covers A to Z. As a avid furniture dealer one can find pieces from the 18th century to Mid Century Modern. It really is great to have so many vendors in one location to be to offer so many beautiful objects of art to the general public for resale, truly. Make the Sugar Chest Antique Mall at must visit if you are traveling to South Florida or live close by, you might find that diamond in the rough?

Your bad experience with one person does not warrant the abuse you are posting for the entire store. Those of us not involved in "your" bad experience find it very unfair to constantly see your remarks. Be brave stop hiding post your name, post the dealers name get to the point and move on....if you are so very angry about this situation perhaps as stated be brave, post your name, and the dealers name, get to the point and move on!!
thank you!

What a fun place! I spent hours there over the last weekend! Found some fabulous finds for my kitchen!
Vintage kitchens are such a fun and fashionable thing, wearing my vintage apron & baking for my 10th anniversary!
I also made the cutest kitchen curtain using a few aprons, hankies & fabric too! Everyone wants me to make them one!

Thanks to these dealers who helped my vintage kitchen turn out to be the focal point of my home!
