While I'm thinking about it, and before it disappears forever, I want to repost King Georges' post from Dec 5th. This site is devoted to "survivors of child sexual assault by law enforcement" and is frequently updated. This is a very valuable link. A lotta lotta research done by someone went into creating this site. THIS vast LE corruptness explains why child sexual offenders, abusers and killers only get a slap on the wrist.
To those who haven't read it, this is astounding, infuriating and heart breaking beyond words; there are literally hundreds of thousands of various law enforcement officers/agencies, including so-called counselors and pedophile loving judges IN THIS COUNTRY involved in raping ,molesting, making and distributing child porn, including some FBI agents and many state employees and authorities in higher positions.
You've got to read this! These are actual case histories that are being posted: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tribute-to-sur ...

Zazz, thank you so much for posting the update on the Cherish Perriwinkle case vs Donald J Smith in her abduction, rape and murder. This case bothers me because it was clear to me, IMO, that this mother handed her over to this rapist/killer deliberately and with full knowledge of his intentions. In fact, I wondered if he might have slipped her a little cash to look the other way. Something just wasn't right about the way this all transpired. This mother didn't know what she was doing? I'm not buying this! I really hope this comes out in the trial, NOT TO EXCUSE this sorry piece of excrement, but because this woman needs to pay for what she did to her own baby. I just pray to God her other kids were taken away and that she never has access to them again, not even for visitation.

Also, THANK YOU for the updates on missing Arica Parsons. It sure would have been nice to be a fly on the wall in the closed hearing to learn what the family members had to say about this 'lovely couple' and their disgusting abuse and the frauds they committed; course, family being family, I would imagine that some big bald-faces lies were told for them. But, at least for now they don't have their other children back. I can't imagine why they would even want them back in the first place, when parents like these two don't have the slight idea how to love and care for children. To begin with, this fat-ass mama is a pig wallowing in her filth and demanding everyone else wait on her and when they don't or can't, whamo! B'tch.

KG, I'm delighted that you post with us! Initially, I felt like no one agreed with me, or were even willing to consider the possibility that Haleighs' death could be a violent rape assault and NOT a simple drug overdose fed her by Misty or an accident where Haleigh got into the drugs herself; NOR did anyone else seem to believe Butterbean saw what he saw since he was only 4-yrs old; when I KNOW that since a 28 mos old can describe what happened to her and who did it right down to the shoes he was wearing; the child was telling the truth, and particularly when whale Sykes shut him up and whisked him away. This child will someday pay with mental torment when those memories come back to him, knowing no one believed him..

It was obvious to me that Haleighs' death was being covered up by LE in PC, for and by every Cummings family member; for which, there would be no reason for this if it were as simple as drugs gone wrong, not when Skank Mama already had her grasp on Misty and how simple it would have been to lay all the drug blame on Misty, for which Misty would not have been able to escape. Even now, I don't know why TN didn't use that tactic, which would have been so much easier to blame Misty for a 'drug overdose' and the Croslins for Haleighs' disposal, but none of these lyin hayseeds thought that far ahead; they were too busy covering up what they did, the pedophilia involved, and who did it.

GM All! We have lots of pretty snow out here, but it's not really cold today as it has been. Gonna finally start my shopping today. Ugh, I'm usually just about done by now, but once I get going I'll do good. I finally have my list from the kids & have some ideas, but It's just time consuming looking at all the different types of items online & determining which one is the best for the price. The Parsons aren't back in court until January for the custody hearing. There is a case where a lil 5 yr. old has been missing since Sept. & nobody ever reported it. His sister told the schools that she and her bro are being abused and her other brother is missing. The Judge told the mother to tell where the child is or she will sit in jail on contempt charges. In the other case of the poor baby who IMO was killed by his mother, Elizabeth stayed in jail to for not producing her son. IMO the same thing should happen to the Parsons. Annie, I hope you're feeling well.
Good to hear from you Sami! It sounds beautiful up there, with all the snow. Reminds me of when I went to college in Edinboro, Pa. Even as cold as it was, I miss the beautiful holidays, the lovely decorations and all the festivities, dinners and parties there and in Cincy. Hon, don't sweat it if you're off to a late start; I've been c'mas shopping in Cincy as late as c'mas eve one year, and STILL came up with nice gifts.

I wouldn't trust my luck here tho, as we don't have much to choose from but I got lucky. My G/D loves a boutique in Sarasota so I had her go on line Monday (I hadn't even realized that c'mas is next week!) and pick out things she likes, still in stock, which I found to be reasonably priced. From that I picked out things for c'mas and for her b'day two days later and was able to get my order done on-line in time for it to be delivered by c'mas. From another shop on line, I found things for my son. My son also did his shopping on line the day before and some of his order has already been delivered so I imagine mine will make it in time.

Thanks for asking sweetie, but no all is not well.. My throat/voice is getting worse, not better.

THey are not trimming houses anymore they are building furniture. Everything is built in
Vic, I've been intending to get back to you on this post for days! I know what you mean about stocking up but it's already too late for the most part. As for lifting extra bulbs off the job sites, I've done that myself a few times where sellers had left extra ones lying around; but I can tell you now, we won't get that chance again. Have you seen the prices on these new babies!? OMG!! Sellers won't be leaving any extra bulbs; they will probably be taking out most of the bulbs themselves and agents will have to take bulbs just to be able to show properties. AND in cases where showing agents can snitch these expensive bulbs that's exactly what they will do. I KNOW.

I've known of agents to take items from houses and condos but no way to prove who did it even tho I knew (or suspected I knew) who did it.. I've even had signs stolen from my own listings by some of my fellow associates! Some agents will steal just about any 'little' thing that isn't nailed down. Here's one for ya; My hubby and I went to Chicago with several other real estate couples for dinner for our anniversary. We had dinner at the (now demolished) Palmer House Hotel, where we stayed. Guess what these agents gave us for our anniversary? Six silver Palmer House butter dishes beautifully gift wrapped that they had each lifted one from our dinner service, and were overjoyed that they got away with it!

I agree with you about the excessive trim work. The joke is, that these new home owners have NO IDEA all the work that is involved in keeping this trim grime and dust free. Hell, I don't even want hand hewn beams or any other trim that is above waist level! Imagine just the dog & cat dander that collects on all this trim!

To the poster who judges and disagrees with me in my opinion that sweet Haleigh Cummings died a brutal and violent death at the hands of a pedophile, AND/OR a beating, perpetrated by RC or one or more of HIS buddies,(what other reason could there be for covering up for RC if he wasn't involved?); and that PCLE was either involved or helped him cover it up for their OWN corrupt reasons; it's okay if you disagree and mark me as clueless and incendiary. So are you. However, I AM sitting here wide awake. Are you sure you are?

I'm not being critical of you for your personal views. I don't have x-ray eyes and neither do you. Also, I respect your opinions, I realize that others are entitled to think whatever they think; it's just that to ME, nothing else makes sense when one looks at all the lies, trickery, deceit, disposal of evidence and massive cover up that transpired beginning with the private call to a private individual made from Rons' MH at 2:13 a.m. to a SO employee at their private line;

EVEN being made aware that Officer Bridgett Dixon WENT to RC's mobile home at that time to question Haleighs' disappearance; how could ANYONE think differently?. But even before we learned from a statement made by Lt. Johnny Greenwood of the PCSO, that the 3:27 a.m. call made by Misty was a hoaxed up call from which not ONE word could be believed since Haleigh had ALREADY been reported missing at 2:13 a.m., I had already started to believe Haleighs' death was a massive cover up.

I don't know how anyone could sit, look, read and listen to all the lies and evidence that was ignored,(including statements of Haleighs' PRIOR sexual and physical abuse) without coming to the same conclusion. But that's your right, think whatever you like. I'm not going to dispute with you.

Well, sweeping up the salt wasn't too bad except for high traffic areas and that's going to take a lot of sweeping.LOL I did get 2 small trees up and my outside Christmas flag is flying so Santa will know where I live.
You were posting about agents stealing, they can't be as bad as the construction subs. Hubby and son can't lay down a piece of cheese, go in another room, come back it's gone.
They've had soo many ladders, generators, stolen. Now, they just pack all that stuff on the truck, but hubby had to add an extension to back.
Remember the 90's when life was soo good and the living was easy. Hubby worked 10 years on one road. There were back to back subdivisions. OH, the good old days.

Thank you for your thoughts and wishes for me and my family. My husfband did go back into the hospital last wk. & he did have to have a bk amputation as he got another infection and there was too much bone exposed and there was a risk of him getting an infection in his bones and possible losing more of his leg or his life. Please, don't feel sorry for us as he is finally out of pain and came home after just four days in the hospital. They said he is superman and he gets around so well on his crutches as he's been on them for 8 mos. and he has a great attitude. Our kids are completely fine with everything as they now see their dad out of pain. My husband is doing very well.
We have all of our décor up and got the tree & had it decorated for him when he got home. We did leave some bulbs for him to put on.
It is snowing and it's very pretty. We're suppose to get around 6 inches. My children are excited as I am taking my two youngest to see Santa in a bit and then my son snowboarding.
I will try and read more of your post later. As far as appliances, it's a shame they sell us junk anymore. I finally got my dishwasher fixed yest. after 8 mos. & they ordered a part for my fridge. We've been using the one in our garage for the last month as we had the darn thing repaired several times and it kept breaking. I didn't have time to deal with it, but now all will be up and working.
Annie, Vic, Karma, KG & all, thanks again for your thoughts & wishes. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and the Best New Year Ever! I know I'm so looking forward to putting 2013 behind us and bringing on a much better year "2014."
Love Always, Sami
Hello Sami,

I am so very sorry to hear about your hubby. I think about you and the many health issues that were going on with your hubby. I am glad to hear he is no longer in pain and pray that he will just continue to get better from here. Bless his heart and yours for being the fabulous wife/mother you have been!! Love that you are so positive after all you and your family have been through. I really hope you have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year too!!

Speaking of the snow you guys have gotten, sounds like we have very similar weather b/c there was a cpl days/nights we were expecting six inches as well. I finally gave up on the shoveling (sometimes 3x a day), and got a snowblower!! Love the snow but def not the ice and sliding on the roads! We are having a heatwave right now! I think it actually got into the 50's today! Whewhoo!! Lol.

Sorry you're having trouble removing the salt, Vic. I knew this was coming and tried to warn you. I don't have a good suggestion for you either, other than to sweep out as much as you can and damp mop the floors; other than the carpeting and all you can do there is vacuum.

This stealing situation has gotten WAY out of hand in Fla. Here's the latest thievery that's going on down here: vandals, builders and/or a/c companies are stealing A/C compressors off vacant and new homes, cutting the wiring all the way to the exterior wall of the home and removing the connections as well as the exterior meter box!

Now new home builders will no longer install the exterior compressors until after the home is sold and closed, which causes us to have to perform new addendums and extra inspections and warranties after the closing. So far, existing (vacant) home sellers haven't been able to find many ways to protect their exterior unit other than build a wall around it. This is just unbelievable. You can drive by existing homes and see where the compressors have been stolen and removed, and no units at new homes. I'm starting to think nearly everybodys' going to hell.

Oh yeah Vic, I remember those good old days! They weren't just in the 90's but also into the 2006's & 7's before the big bubble burst. I remember at last count that I had sold 13 condos in one small condo complex. I couldn't get them listed fast enough, and from those sales I sold more condos and homes. I tell ya, it was HOT. I no longer even advertised and worked strictly by word-of-mouth referrals only, and would hold open houses and pick up more buyers and sellers. All of these people were loyal to me and would send me MORE clients. I sure miss those days! AND THE MONEY.

It's a damned shame that your hubby & son have had so much of their equipment stolen by other subs, and it always happens in such a way that you can't prove it or do anything about it even when you know who did it. I've heard this story many times over. Subs and crew can't even lay down a phillips head, a hammer or box of nails for 5 mins, much less turn their back on their food or expensive equipment.

There's nothing else they could do other than increase the size of their truck and keep everything in it AND LOCKED that wasn't in use and in their hands. I would assume that they dare not leave anything overnight at a job site even knowing they would be back the next morning. I wonder though, how do they protect a garage full of expensive molding, doors and trim work that has to be left on the job site?

Sometimes these new homes don't even have the front doors installed until near the end of the job, or either won't have locks in place yet until near the end of the second inspection. Whose responsibility is it to protect these items? I've walked through new homes under construction that had been left wide open with all kinds of expensive tile, electrical, plumbing fixtures, trim and cabinetry left sitting there.

I was just reading the Satsuma News Headlines but didn't read any of the stories: Bicyclist struck by car and killed in Putnam Co..... Putnam skeleton leads to identification of missing...... Body found in Putnam Co woods.... Adult human remains found in Satsuma.... Two fire fatalities ID'd by police.... That's six MORE questionable dead bodies in and around Satsuma!

I just wish somebody would turn up Haleigh's precious little body, even as much as I hate to think of her being murdered and dumped. I don't think they ever will though. I think she was either dumped in the St.Johns' River or was buried in a hole ordered dug by Ron, with her body hauled to the dumping site by Ron & his nasty skank of a mama. My thinking has always been that no one else even knows where this child was deposited other than possibly blubbery whale Annette.

Oh yeah, I think there is a VERY strong possibility that Ron ducked out of work and it was Ron driving the Croslin van that night over some rough terrain and through heavy undergrowth and didn't care what damage he did to it. Funny thing, that van was never DNA or dirt/twigs analyzed, was it? MORE damning evidence the PCSO let slide by.

Some of those things are going on here too Anne. It's a darn shame people would rather go out and steal from someone else that worked hard for what they have, than to go get a JOB! I remember a few years ago they were taking the siding off houses and of course selling it to the scrap yards. WTH???!!! I agree with ya, I too think Ronald slippped outta work and knows exactly what happened to Haleigh. I have always thought he had something to do with it. Just never understood how afterward, he could get married, and be off to NY on amusement park rides, partying, getting his new tats, and selling drugs with his TEENAGE gf!! O then, comes the headless rat right in Tommy's mailbox. We all know what that was about. We could almost see the relief on Ron's face when he was sentenced to 15 yrs. for the drugs rather than the murder of his daughter, and obstruction.

It was great when Granny Hollars would put the whale in her place. I know it's a rush of bad feelings when you first realize what is really going on. I felt angry, horrified, scared, helpless. I think that, for the sake of our little ones, people need to know what is really happening. The cover up of little Haleigh's disappearance is not exclusive. These type of investigations happen a lot. Like Misty Croslin, one person is singled out and we're told that they are the "key" to finding a missing child. In some cases, the person is not a suspect, and there is absolutely no evidence to support their being the "key". Take for example, Terri Horman. Her life was destroyed as the public was told that she was the key to finding Kyron Horman. Yet, she was never named as a suspect, and there was no evidence that she'd harmed Kyron. In reality, there were witnesses who stated that they saw Kyron after she left. There were also witnesses who said that he was standing in line behind them at a display, when an older boy entered the room and asked Kyron to come outside and help him get some things off of a truck. They said that the teacher nodded her permission, and Kyron went out with the boy. Be careful, Anne. You've just hit on the tip of the iceberg. This goes much higher up.
I know you're busy with c'mas parties, etc., KG, and don't have time to post, but I just want you to know that if I were younger and in better health, I would take on this LE child porn industry (ref your link) all by myself and do whatever I had too without caring how far I had to go and without fear of the consequences. I can make spell-binding waves when I have too. I've done it before.

I was very young when I owned & operated a 24/7/365 nursery/day care/kindergarten in Augusta, Ga during the civil rights/garbage strike movement. Strikes were on and no garbage was being picked up while blacks were demanding equal pay & benefits. At that time white men drove the trucks but all the work was done by black men who worked whatever hours were demanded of them for $1 buck an hr, no overtime, no medical, no retirement, no pd days off, nothing. For wks and mos my garbage piled up inside my high chain link fence and riots were in the streets .

cont'd.... These poor black men were barely making $25 a wk after tax deductions. I kept quiet and ran my business until the strike was over and it was announced that the garbage would be picked up the next day. I called the garbage co and told them they would need to send more than one truck (we served 3 hot meals a day); also that I had too much garbage to set it out on the street, so okay, we agreed on that.

The next day I left the rear gate unlocked and heard the trucks out there and stepped outside to see how the project was coming along. OMG!!! It was all white men picking up and loading my garbage. Not one black man in sight. I was LIVID! Now that the job paid a living wage and the black man had won benefits, the black men had been fired and white men were hired. Now THEY wanted the garbage jobs.

I stepped into the street and said,'stop this.' "WHAT did you say?" I said,'stop this, this minute'.'You will NOT steal the jobs from the black man now that it pays a living wage; this is my garbage, I own it, you WILL put it all back inside my fence'. They threatened to call the police, I said, you do that, and have them bring state troupers with them while I call in the news media.

Long long story short; they DID put it all back, the fight was on for many more weeks while my garbage piled even higher and I tried to keep it covered with big tarps to keep the fly infestation to a minimum; but I DID win and black men WERE sent on the trucks to pick up my garbage; and THAT is how I won the jobs back for the black men on the garbage trucks in Augusta, Ga. They glanced at me humbly and quietly nodded their heads and that was thanks enough. Would I do something like this again? You bet I would!

To the judge it poster; off topic maybe okay, but you think it's funny spam? Well, it wasn't. Without batting an eyelash, I put myself in a very dangerous position for the rights of the oppressed. I would have likely been shot dead in the earlier Selma march if I'd participated but I wasn't in a position to get there, was very young, and my dad cried and begged me not to go. Make no mistake, my family in Mongt, Ala knew exactly how I felt and that I fought for the rights of the pitifully poor blacks who were so mistreated all around us, including against some of my own relatives. I'd do it all over again, and maybe more next time.

As for the horrible child porn industry that is sweeping this country in every area of LE and every branch of govm't, they are vicious and very ugly. I don't see how just one voice can make a difference without finding themselves hacked up in the woods in Satsuma or fed to the sharks in the Atlantic/Pacific before their voice is ever heard. They squawk loudly against pedophile priests who are few next to their OWN child porn activities and which only serves to help them hide their OWN pedophile corruptness.

Just hinting at their corruption and participation, could place one in a dangerous position; these people murder children, they would think nothing of murdering an adult who got in their way. I don't even see how an organized group can make any progress. This thing is HUGE, VAST, is a gigantic money maker and is VERY dangerous. Winning the jobs back for the black garbage truck workers in Augusta Ga was small potatoes next to this.

Anne, so sorry to hear your throat/voice are not getting better, only worse!! I was really hoping for better news.="( Did ya end up getting your Christmas dishes, and decor out? I hope so, I am sure it helped if so.:) Hope all is well with your sweet lil precious granddaughter. KG, hope you are staying safe and warm over there in IN. Did ya get all your shopping done and ready for Christmas? I just cannot get done for some reason this yr. Have been super busy lately and have a few friends coming from out of State.:)
zazz, Ponderings, and Real Topaz, hope all is going well with you. Have missed talking to you all.
Have missed talking to you too Karma; Curious, Ponderings, Sami and others too. Am only posting on breaks from the other chores I am trying to do. No, my throat/voice is not better, it's getting worse. Now I can barely speak above a whisper, which is very laborious, and have to be so careful not to cause more excessing coughing that only makes it worse and chokes me more than it already did. Truly, the buttermilk is the only thing that relieves the coughing even somewhat. I found that chlorospectic spray helps a little too but you aren't supposed to swallow the stuff or use it more than twice a day.

No one told me to expect this kind of side affect from the radiation. I thought I would get better after a while. I am going to try to find a surgeon that might agree to attempt to do some dilating of the radiated areas, see if my throat can be opened up a little that way. I've inquired if some of the scar tissue can be surgically removed and told that it can't.

Thanks, my g/d is doing well. She is out of school now until Jan 9th. We are going c'mas shopping tomorrow, mostly just to get out there as I have already done all my shopping from the internet except for one gift for my next door neighbor. Hate for her to know it, but it's going to have to come from the Walmart because that's the only place we're going between now and c'mas, as far as I know. No sweetie, I never did get all that decorating done. None uv it actually. Maybe later or tomorrow?
