And don't forget the rather recent case where a white man was walking out of a store around 10 PM in Southern California. Four black men ran up to him and started to attack and rob him. Trying to flee from them, he ran into the street and was killed by a car. Bill Cosby brought that one up - he too is sick of the biased way of reporting crimes in the media. And what gets his gall, is that "Black on White" crimes are barely mentioned on the TV news or newspapers.<quoted text>
AMEN, Sami. Very little news coverage for 13 month old Antonio West who was shot in the face by two black teens. Even more outrageous is the fact that although the two teens are in jail, along with their mothers who disposed of the gun for them, the media is now trying to turn this on the mother. For God's sake, LE already said that the gun they recovered after arresting the mothers of the two black teens IS the murder weapon, but, instead of focusing on the heinousness of this crime, the media is dragging the baby's mother through the mud. This happens far too often.
If Trayvon had been a white boy and Zimmerman a black man, I doubt there would have been more than a couple of local news stories.
In order to tame and reduce racism in the U.S., honesty has to play a big role or else it only makes matters worse, regardless as to who is responsible. It causes resentment when groups have an agenda that makes them distort the truth.
Cosby and "The REVEREND" Al Sharpton are not friends, and for a very good reason. That man is a loose canon and needs a muzzle.
