Well to put into context, the Bush lies cost 100's of thousands of lives & still to this day costing lives with tribal violence. Obama on the other hand only set out to improve people's lives by trying to achieve a better quality of life for everyone. However in making the statement regarding health insurance plans being able to keep, he had not counted on so many idiots only insuring their big toe from being stomped on. These plans were not real insurance plans anyway it was the same as only having your car covered for accident damage if it was hit by a Rolls Royce.

Even Politifact can be wrong sometimes.

No, you want to compare that statement to the lie of Iraqi WMD's. Mr. Bush's mistake was believing an engineered lie, probably planted by Dick Cheney, who wanted the Iraqi oil. Bush didn't lie EVERY time he opened his mouth, even when he thought his mission was accomplished, he just made stupid mistakes all the time. Unfortunately, a lot of people died from Cheney's lies and Bush's stupid mistakes.

Just like you. The more you lie and help to delay the use of renewable energy, the more people will die. You're like a Satanist, sacrificing children on the altar of profit; scum of the earth; a libertarian pig.

Yeah everyone is crazy when around irrational thinking, Northern Hemisphere is having an extreme winter and Southern Hemisphere is having an extreme summer. All this is the NEW normal weather according to the deniers. We just have to accept it as the new normal even if wading knee deep in water or freezing to death as a refugee in the middle east. Never lose sight of the goal, man has nothing to do with it so therefore cannot fix it. This is the out of the box thinking of the deniers, if we keep ignoring it as a problem and it keeps getting worse then just keep finding new non man made causes.

No, complaints about weather extremes as if they are new, as if climate isn't made from extremes, that's the new normal. Previously, weather extremes were accepted as the natural events they are; the new normal is to blame extreme weather events on someone, deniers by name.

Of course, we've seen witches burned for similar reasons; this isn't new science.

As if floods and freezing means unusual weather, get a clue. Oz, what are you doing "as a refugee in the [M]iddle [E]ast"? Lost your way home again?

If man can't experimentally demonstrate climate change mitigation then it's a hoax. If man can't experimentally demonstrate man made climate change, then man made greenhouse gas emissions causing catastrophic climate change is pseudoscience.

Just wait for the science to catch up to the hype. They'll find a way to test AGW climate theory in the atmosphere and when they do we can select a strategy to mitigate climate change. Until then, the whole green, renewable, conservation, climate change mitigation thing is a pipe dream.

I'm really starting to recheck the peer reviewed data. We may be off in our calculations.
==========
Last week, snow covered more than half of the continental United States, the highest this measure has reached by this date in a decade, according to government scientists.

As of Dec. 15, snow covered 53 percent of the Lower 48, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) reported. That’s a significantly higher portion than in recent years. In 2006, for example, snow covered just 12 percent of those states on the same date, according to Climate Central, a climate news Web site.

November and early December have also been quite chilly for much of the country, below the 20th-century average, Climate Central noted.“With the noteworthy exception of Alaska, nearly every state was affected by the unusually cold air at some point during the November-to-December timeframe,” Climate Central reported.
I'm really starting to recheck the peer reviewed data. We may be off in our calculations.
Your weather survey shows more the VARIABILITY of weather due to climate change from AGW. It hardly has any application to climate itself, since there is just a 'snapshot' which tells you nothing. I could take an unusually day during a continent wide heat wave and it would not prove AGW, just as this 'weather snapshot' doesn't disprove AGW.

What it does suggest is the application of increased climate variability due to the 'moderation' of temperature differentials between the poles and equator (just as you get a 'levelling' of temperatures under a wool blanket) that is weakening the jet stream and allowing easier north to south flow of air masses.

I can tell you there is a lot of stupid out there, with no ability to learn other than what fits into their own constraints on the rules of life.

Just look at these American Evangelists saying that only God can change the climate. All I can say that in man's history on this planet the devil sure has been busy, to give us all those diseases we had to find a cure for, numerous wars & tossing in some pretty nasty natural events for good measure. Meanwhile God is sitting back waiting to push the button to end it all. One wonders how that is seen as a moral existence worth defending.

Irvine has a lot of toxic topix AGW deniers who aren't Climate Change Scientists. But you, a famed & venerated Climate Change Scientist, did not NOTE that Arctic sea ice VOLUME has decreased from 15% excess to 7% excess, due to Siberian warmth flooding to the NP where temperatures have been 9degF warmer than normal. Those Siberian warm fronts have pushed Arctic cold to the south over Canada & the U.S.

You just didn't check, you famed & venerated Climate Change Scientist!
