Wow mexican trash? Gang Members? Lots of kids? lol, First off I highly doubt "mexican trash" can afford to rent a two bedroom apartment without living under section 8 which is not available in MW square. Those youngsters are "wannabes" and not gang-members, Iv'e personsally went up to them and asked myself if they gang bang, in return they lowered their heads and denied any gang-activity, any real gangster would have seen that as a challenge and would have done something about it. Your really complaining about kids? Do you prefer senior living? lol people these days...SAD.

Trash can come in any color. Example: The parents who let their little girls dance so suggestive to Beyonce's song, "If you liked it then you should have put a ring on it" A lot of parents in all colors are not teaching their children RESPECT or MORALS. Our system needs an overhaul big time. The new Arizona law is a great start. California should have done this years ago. I am latin but I obey the laws. I have visited Mexico many times in the past and I never broke their laws. As a taxpayer we should not have to pay the cost of putting information in any other language but ENGLISH. If I were to move to another country I would do so legally and learn their language.

i dont see how we are supposed to feel safe, when even management and security are to scared to step up and get those druggies out. Its like we are paying to be prisoners in our own homes! I wont let my children with me by their side even take a step outside! its sad, such beautiful new aparments going down the drain because of the crap they let move in!

I was thinking about moving here but now I am not sure. I have visited the property several of times and it seemed okay to me. Flies and cows are something that you have to deal with inthat part of chino. At the earlier poster, they do accept section 8 for a number of apartments not all of them as this is an income restricted property. I would like to hear more - positive and negative on this property if possible.

Thats new to me but I'll take your word for it I thought they didn't accept sec 8. I just want people to understand that this place is not BAD, I live here so I think I would know. Kids are always playing outside and trust me nobody bothers them its a very safe apartment complex. Honestly the worst part of living here is the flies, thats my opinion. The little gangsters will not bother you they just walk around because theres nothing for them to do, hell if i didn't want to work or go to school i know I'd be bored as shit. They wont rob you or try to beat you up, I know all of these guys you have my WORD that theres no gang activity going on or drug dealing, they just smoke their weed and drink their beers and they do not offer weed and beers to kids, theres no violence here AT ALL. The only reason they would cause harm is if you try to get confrontational with them, so as long as you don't start problems you and your family will be safe, these guys are not looking for trouble and don't want anything from you. The gym is nice and the pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The BBQ grills are nice as well. Come see for yourself, take a walk around, talk to the residents and then make your choice, don't go by what management says your better off getting input from people who live here.

thank you for your comment. i wasnt saying I didnt beleive you . The housing info is also on the city of chino website in regards to the units.. Nothing is wrong with section 8, I was just saying. Also I have walked around and it seemed pleasant enough. Do they have any type of security? Also you are a man I beleive and how would they approach a woman alone do you think? As in all complexes I do go at night to see the atmosphere. Also irregardless of if they will do anything or not I dont really like people hanging out anywhere, period. i wish other residents would comment as well. and yes i am well aware of the flies, thats just something to deal with while living there. Again thanks for your input, I appreciate it

My family and myself have lived here for two years now and are about to relocate for a new job. I have really enjoyed the time I have lived here and have had no problems with the management or the maintenance staff. They have always been nice and helpful, I have noticed that the staff has changed quite often but it has not been a problem for us. The noise is not too bad, there are occasional parties but only on the weekends. The only problem we have had here are the bugs, we have had ants a few times, and some strange beetles that make their way through the windows. The flies are really annoying especially during the cold season when you are trying to do laundry. This is not a bad place to live, I have always felt safe and the neighbors that we have met are very nice.

Don't come here! There's way to many white people, I can't stand these "types". They have their big SUV's, fake LV and Gucci glasses, and multiple children running around the street; I try my best not to hit one of these future neo-cons. The women are not easy on the eyes let me tell you, they turn pink in the sun & have an abundance of stretch marks around their fake breasts, if you ever been the pool then you should know what I'm talking about :)

OMFG! We hate it here and have been looking at other places to move. The kids are unreal. The noises they make is unreal at times.Management will do nothing!!!
Parents do nothing!!

They scream, yell, have no respect for anyone! I have seen more parked cars get hit by balls, bikes, and more!

The smell and flies are bad, but not as bad as some of the people that lives here. OMFG! Such trash!
White/Black/Mexican Trash. No wonder the kids they all seem to have have no manners and rude!!

Some of the people here are just so tacky! And that is being nice!
And yes their are young boys and men that deal drugs. I have seen it. Both black and white.

Inside walls are a joke. When you clean the walls the paint comes off! Tacky!

In short.Bad Management/Blind/Tacky/Rude Parents and the kids are just like them and worse in some cases.

I have never! cannot wait to move from all this shit! You should be able to open your windows. Should be able to watch movies with the noises of kids screaming and yelling all the freckin time!

Maybe now with the speed bumps people might slow down. Some people drive way to fast through here.

Point in fact that is will not stop some people from pealing out....

I have very little nice things to say about this place. The place has flies/stinks from the cows.

Kids everywhere. Parents do not seem to give a Damn.
Management the same thing. Trashy people! Way to much.
looking to move....wonder why?

Warning : do not move here unless you like the smell of cows, flies, and noisy rude kids and parents and management do not care! and their a company that kills and cooks all kinds of animals down on Pine that you can smell certain nights. It will make you gag and wonder what it is. they also have very loud parties at this place and you here very well on sat and fri nights..It sounds like your in Mexico, which in way you are ion living here we found out!
drug deal/dealers are here. we fear for our safety at night. seen to many things and management does nothing, about anything,of course management changes here 4-6 months at a time.kids are loud, rude, nasty. so many people here are a poster person not to have pet rocks much less kids or pets..very sad. Moving, getting away from low life people/crime/trash of all kinds.

The kids here are reflections of the parents trash my kids do not go outside they have too many other things going on after school programs sports etc.. By the way the Homecoming at the Preserve is opening next summer I'm sure that will be a better choice if the Manger would set some rules at Meadowsquare in regards to children of a certain age being outside with out a parent this would be a better place to live like hold the parents accountable volition of there lease because there kids are not following the rules start taking name For God Sake!!!!!!
sorry to live here

Can not wait to move.Between the horrible flies/smells/loud rude kids/loud rude adults/loud cars and the POLICE HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY it is unreal and I feel very un safe to say the least!!!!!

Just horrible and very scary. Management has changes so many times I cannot keep track!

Might be quiet during the day but wait until around 4pm.And on the weekends you have the so called adults.

I have nothing good to say about this place....cannot wait to move!
