Clearly, he's guilty, as all the other Mexican Mafia members. Guilty, guilty, guilty. That's why he disappeared. Mexican Mafia members are never, ever innocent. Most of them have rap sheets a mile long.

He's probably a snitch like the rest of the sissy gangsters. The newspaper article could be a cover. Once they are looking at the rest of their life in prison they would rat on their mother. If he has fled, he'll eventually be caught. Either way he's dead. No loss!

ada Hicks did not do his homework...knowing this guy, and what he was capable of, he should have contacted the bail commissioner and increased his bail to "no bail" especially on a 182/187 pc. to late now....

One guess where he went. Is there really anyone surprised that he took off?

He's gone into hiding, probably out by some Home Depot hiring center.

No loss; how'z about the judge that cut him loose face the same charges?

Seems fair enough!

It's sad to see this statement in print. I lived in Pomona for many years, raised my son there, worked in the local hospital and have so many great memories of what that city used to be like.

But when the liberals took over California, it went straight down the toilet. And yet you people keep re-electing the same fools and expect a different result. In case you weren't aware, that is the definition of insanity!

Only you can change what is happening to what used to be a great place to live and raise a family. The only way you can do that is to make your voices heard at the voting booth. Want things to change? Then you have to change who you support!

Your so right on it's the voters fault. Yet they blame everyone but themselves for voting liberal judges as well as politicians.
Democrats are against death penalty. Any surprise why your prisons are over crowded With death row inmates? Only Californians acan make a difference! Vote out the Democrats and get some Republicans in there that will enforce death penalties, enforce the law for what it was created for. Why do you think cops really don't go after as much things anymore? CAuse of the crooked judges letting the idiots go everytime. I mean a guy kills a family and what do they give him? Life in prison. Should get death penalty and have it carried out in 90 days tops. Someone gets caught for murder? should be a no bail hold period. What has society come to? Slap people on the hand and say it's not their fault? Come on get rid of the leaches who go under the banner of democratic ticket all not just judges but Rep's Senators ect. It can change.
That is why I left Pomona a couple months ago. Screwed up system the people voted in. And then they can't face the music they created the problem.

Some great comments on the current status of Pomona. It will only get worse in the next few years. No money, less cops, and horrible examples of what is called City Leaders.

Pomona will have a serious increase in crime, and be bankrupt. It might be the best thing for the city to just start over.

All of you are full of it,with your racist comments here, you would never tell them that in front of them, they would blow a hole in your face faster than you can blink.I am not defending these guys, its just that you should cool it off with the Mexican jokes and comments.By the way most of these guys are 2nd or 4th generation Mexican Americans. And believe me you would never find them at a home depot for work, and how about the italian mafia, where are the fugitives at ? working at pizza hut or as dishwashers at the olive garden ??
