Saturday June 01, 2013 was the official "open house" for the "Glendora rail Condo's" this was suppose to have been a gala event, it turned around quickly.

Comments from those who inspected the 1 to 3 bedroom model condo's, ranged from who in their right mind is going to spend over $400,000.00+ for cracker boxes that are all stairs and NO elevators.

Not counting POOR street access and parking plus the constant noise from street traffic and railroad traffic just behind the Condo's.

Another fine mess Glendora's city council has gotten the residents in to.

More bad news from he "Cheap n Easy" rail Cond's built across the street from a U.S. Post Office, on Ada and Glendora Ave.

What a hunk-o-junk these are even built cheaper then the Gangi Cond's on Vermont an Foothill Blvd.

Look at the cheapies o Cataract and Foothill Blvd they fell below the building standards to!

Use cheap materials and spray paint the heck out of everything, now you know what all the HOA fees will be used for, repairing what's falling apart.

Click itty Clack the rail roads back, coming through my living room of my new Glendora rail condos across the street from the U.S. Post Office at Ada and Glendora Avenue.

Not bad for $400,000.00 and change, got 17 steps to climb and 17 more till the third floor is found, oops got to climb back down two flight of 17 steps to answer the front door.

What the "rail condo's" mean to long time Glendora, California residents.

I still can’t imagine these places~ Awful, and on prime land. Can you imagine $$$$ for lots of train noise and no scenery – tracks and parking structure right outside your bedroom.

If they do sell any, it would have to be to young out of town folks. There is no advantage living there. AND they will be using up our water supply. If there is an HOA, there has to be an association. That starts at $300.00 a month but you can bet your lucky stars that will increase to rebuild the cheap construction of the Condos in the first place.

My guess is that it will go the way of Gangi – auction block.

How can it be a gated community if you can go thru the pasado from Ada to the platform? Thought everything had to be handicap accessible.

Get your Cardio work out by two methods, sticker shock at eh price of the condo's of running up and down to flights of 17 steps apiece.

These can be found in "CHEAPLY BUILT GLENDORA" across the street from the U.S. Post Office. These are the third such project Glendora has allowed to be built and it appears more are coming.

No the state is rethinking the effects of these Slum styled housing units that pop up along railroad right of ways as having serious harmful impact on local residents and business.

The lowdown is most favored builder's give back a les then honest structure they claim as being built good, I's say less and fare and barely passing the rain test.

Glendora, California city hall and City Ventures LLC have hatched a "scam plan" to payoff political influence loans and make a little so called money on the side.

By allowing the building of 3 story next to railroad tracks CONDO's to be built is a "criminal Act" all by it's self. Two sets of stairs, 17 steps per flight and a narrow passage way to the next level, 36 steps one way from the bottom to the top floor.

Don't forget something in the bottom floor where the garage and cars are parked. Most likely these will sit on the selling market long after they are completely built as did the GANGI condo's on Vermont ave. in Glendora. They sat for 2 1/2 years before being sold at a bankruptcy auction, nice planning Glendora city council fools.

If the city staff and City Council of Glendora, California thought they could steal a dollar to stuff in their pockets they would.

Glendora manager's have allowed sub standard construction (again) to take place inside the city limits of Glendora, California.

City Ventures LLC has locked themselves in with management of Glendora to build three separate projects totaling millions of dollars of revenue for both parties, that's well and goo but the quality of those projects are in serious doubt with the début of their first project.

The true story behind the rail condos is that Tessitor has a secret plan, a plan that he hatched when the Bonnie Cove/Gladstone assisted living facility went south (no pun intended) Tessitor said during several city council meetings and I quote,“ Glendora will have an assisted living facility” but we all know the saga of Erica completely smashing Tessitor’s grand plan. Because of this frustrating
defeat Tessitor really hates Erica. I'm sorry I got off the point. Tessitor knows the rail condos won’t sell, he approved the plans, and realized that the condos could be converted to his life-long desire of having an assisted living in Glendora, add elevators and he has what he wants at long last. On the first floor bunk beds, dinning on the second floor and more bunk beds on the third floor, the rail traffic noise will be no problem since most seniors have very poor hearing. The seniors could wander the downtown area and hang out at the library for entertainment.

Cheap Condo's being built across the street from the US Post Office on Ada Ave. and Glendora Ave.

That's right, they can knock out the walls separating each condo and floor of these three story condo's.

Giant dormitories, where Glendora will house the deaf.

Ya. put a cheap old and rattily elevator in the rear of the condo's and there already for rehab assisted living facilities.

Gene Murabito can move in right away.

See for yourself what kind of junk is being built in Glendora, California.

Smart mouthed Gene Murabito was the masterful fool for the GANGI condo's built on Vermont behind the Glendora Village those are junk also!

Poor materials and workmanship.

Those "rail yard" condo's are a sure FIRE hit with insurance agency's since there is only on way out back down two flights of stairs, 17 steps per flight.

Where are these "death traps" located?

Glendora, California.
