I don't think the locals would want more disgraceful people around, especially with schools across the street. I think they'd like anything that even remotely reminds them of Neverland ripped out.

Octo, that is why tourists come here - to enjoy the beautiful country, to wine taste, to relax, to enjoy the ocean near by. There are shops close by, wonderful restaurants, theater, concerts, etc. It is in between Santa Barbara and Santa Maria, so there are airports, a highway, hotels and of course, there are businesses. There's even a casino (Chumash). But the sole purpose of people coming here is to enjoy the beautiful country AND wine tasting!!! This area is as big as Napa Valley for wine tasting - there are about 250 wineries now. Did you ever see the movie,'Sideways'? It was filmed around Solvang and Los Olivos. Solvang, by the way, is a little Dutch town and attracts many tourists as well. San Luis Obispo is a college town. Just ask me - I live here!:-)
Interesting.

However, I do not care what happens to Neverland, one way or another.

I suppose if the estate was allowed to open up Neverland as a tourist attraction, they would have done it by now. I have no idea what the area can or can not support. I've never been to Santa Barbara, California.

Wine tasting is a wealthy person's past time.

It is kind of like that in Saratoga, New York with horse racing. They probably would not want to build another tourist attraction there to ruin that history. It has its own charm.

Neverland has much more tourist potential than Graceland. Yes and you have no business acumen.

Nothing had been done so far because of legal complications, that's all it could be.
Neverland land has more tourist potential than Graceland. If the entire Jackson family ran it like the Presley family has run Graceland, they would be set for generations to come.

That Pedo's place is in the middle of ranch and wine country. It posses no commercial access or zoning. Graceland is in the middle of Memphis and easily reached. Ever been there?

Besides, nobody but fools would want to see where boys were molested.

I'd enjoy seeing you invest money on your hair sweeper's wage.

Go ahead. I'm sure you can find someone on the internet who'd gladly take your cash hoping to make Wacko Jacko's Palace of Perversion a major stop for tourists. Bring the kids!

Graceland is a historical landmark and can not be sold. However, The Jacksons do not own Neverland. They would have to pay sixty to eighty million dollars to buy it back. Unfortunately, they are in debt. If by chance, they do decide to buy and make it a tourist attraction, it would take years. By then, Wacko would be pretty much forgotten. Besides, The Jacksons have to pay out Wacko's fortune to his victims.

Wine is a commercial product and Neverland can accommodate guests, Graceland can't. Many families with children would love to stay there just like they used to. It has never been proven that children were molested there and many adults recollect happy childhood memories at Neverland.

What's the matter? Neverland has to much potential for your lardass to handle. Ha ha ha

Katherine Jackson doesn't want it sold and I can't blame her, the place is beautiful. No wonder people are jealous of MJ. The secret closet at Neverland was came when the house was built. It was designed to be a panic room and the temperature is too hot in there for molesting anyone.

You're out of your mind. Have you even been to Central California? I didn't think so.

There is proof Michael molested children and got away with it. You've been told this, before.

The Today news piece was over four years ago. Apparently, Mama Jacky did not want to keep Neverland in the family because Colony Capital LLC is selling. The devil never gets too hot in his panic room while Michael's soul continues to scream.

Correctly drawing and describing a blotch on a man's penis is solid evidence, to sane people.

Once again it is necessary to remind you that no one outside of the police/prosecution's highly biased inner circle has confirmed any alleged match.

Undoubtedly the two grand juries viewed the drawings/photographs, yet declined to indict without the cooperation of the alleged victim.

As long as you stupidly and obstinately refuse to face the facts, others will be obliged to remind you of them.
