Authorities have arrested former professional football player Tony Zendejas on rape charges.

I still do not get it. Why does it take 7 months to arrest him? Also why leave her in a hotel room? What an tool, he had to know they would trace the room back to him. Maybe his cell mate will slip him a roofie...

I am surprised that his bail was only at $260,000 for the crimes he committed, and I am also surprised that as a sports figure, he was not able to get consensual sex but had to resort this low and drug someone to get it. Was he that desperate or is he just plain stupit to have thought that he could get away with this?

This guy is a jerk. Some gals I know were at his place for a Halloween Party, they were being harrassed and one complained to Zendejas and he treated them like garbage.

and he wasnot an ex-NFL player...he was a kicker...not a real player who tackledand blocked...more like a soccer player on the team.

this guy and his pals run this bar likea playroom and now he will have to pay for his actions in a jail cell.

Ive known tony for years ..i hang out with him ...he is like family to me!! The girl is a regular there and has always tried to be with him! Many girls throw themselves at him because he is successful! These days girls try to find any way to get instant money..even if its to degrade themselves. Ive seen it with my own eyes!

Is Tony Married? Children? what a dumb fool to do this. He is innocent until proven guilty but come on all indicators are that he did this rape. He has got to be one desperate Hombre to go to the extreme of druging a woman. She better be one fine looking lady to go do the kind of jail time he is going to do. His DNA will match. This is not O.J. Simpson people, Tony is going to jail.
