Cheapest materials used and slapped together in a very slow process, makes one wonder if the "City Ventures LLC" condo's are really going to be ready for sale anytime soon?

The cheapie ones are, two bed rooms and lots of stair steps in between each of the three floors. NO fire escapes, I guess you just open a window and jump for it?

The bottom price to buy into one of the Glendora Rail yard Condo's is $400,000.00 then if you wait a few more months you can see the top of the line models, 5 bedrooms that will set you back $480,000.00

Did I mention plus TAX to all of the Glendora rail yard Condo's..

No elevators just steps and more steps, P.S. the target market is someone who like their "stair master" so much they want to bring it home with them.

Just like the Condo's built on Vermont Ave. in Glendora, California that were an embarrassment to the whole city there seems to be a concuss that the Village Condo's being built on Ada and Glendora Ave. will also climb to fame for being poorly designed and built.

This is what happens when Chris Jeffers is at the helm of ALL that takes place in Glendora, California. His last disastrous job was for he city of Monterey Park, California and boy were they glad he left for greener pastures in Glendora, too bad for us, they want him to leave in the first place.

How do we get rid of him, is there someone who wants him?

The disadvantages are numerous.

1.) Living in a condominium is much like living in an apartment building.

2.) Price wonÂ’t increase as much as a single-family house. Even when the real estate market is in an upward trend, beneficial to sellers.

3.) Association fees. The common areas in a condominium are owned jointly and are usually governed by a board of directors or another group of representatives.

And still the worker's keep pounding nails and adding more lumber tot he (3rd) third condo unit being built on former Rail Road land of Glendora, California.

The rail road land across the street from the U.S>=. Post Office on Ada Ave. and Glendora Ave. is the best location for eh current city council and city hall staff member's to remember their WaterLoo.

These walk Up and I do mean UP, condo's are a joke.

The Stalinists who are the Glendora, California city council and operate city hall are real wing-nuts.

Progress and this is the best Glendora has to offer in the way of housing?

Sub-housing is more like it.

Jokers are:

CITY COUNCIL

Gene Murabito

Karen Davis

Joseph Santoro

Judy Nelson

Douglas Tessitor

CITY HALL:

Chris Jeffers

Jeff Kugel

Those goldline railyard condo's in Glendora, California next to the post office haven't gotten any better looking.

In fact they are leaning towards being down right ugly.

Phase 3 units are taking a real long time to complete, a lot of unfinished exterior touches, roofing siding and other material application to protect the structure it's self from further decay.

I wouldn't put it past the decay to be developing MOLD on the interior of the 3 story two flights of stairs condos.

More rain fell last night and it continues today Thursday, 2013 - after sending messages of concern tot he city of Glendora and the developers of the 'railroad condo's" across the street from Glendora, California Post Office on Ada Ave..

Construction had slowed to a crawl and the condo's were going to be water logged and or flooded by rain, well it's happened wet building inside and out, since nothing has been finished and is open to the elements for further damage.

Pity the new buyers of these damaged condo's..

Home/condo sales fell across Southern California in November 2013 as investor activity continued drying up and buyers struggled with higher prices.

The grim reality is these buildings will not be appreciating very far or fast at all in this economy.

Glendora, California

Those railroad condo's built across the street from the US post office look like a cheap back lot filming studio props.

What happens after they get wet?

Look more like they were built for show and not much else.
