This is a clear cut case of police abuse.
Not everyone should be a police officer. Obviously this officer has issues with his own importance.
To shoot a small innocent dog who was just with his owner is completely out of the realm of the "protect and serve" mode.
Any officer who shoots a family pet, without provocation of any kind, should immediately released from the force.
This unprovoked shooting shows this officer has no control of his emotions and will shoot any entity who does not comply with him immediately.
Next time, it will be a person....maybe a small child laughing.

Oh no, not another shootig.
Who going to use the waistband defense, remember you can only use it twice a year.
P.S. if you keep a planter close by it's OK.

Those officers who are convicted should be sent to AZ to wear pink underwear and shackles.
The city of Chicago is asking a judge to erase a landmark verdict that found there exists a code of silence in the police department that leads officers to protect rogue colleagues.
Thi9s is only a legal move that critics is to deny others suing over alleged police abuse from citing the decision as a precedent.
It's time to protect and serve!
No matter how much time it is for the crimes the cops commit.

Why is Mark so afraid of the police? Something you have at home you don't want them to find Mark? Why do you hate cops so Mark? The people I've met in my life that hate cops usually are engaged in criminal activity or some cop took their girl or some cop gave them a deserved beat down. What's your story Markie Biatch?

If you have ever taken notice of how all the GPD vehicles break all the California driving law when in their blank and white cruiser, even the undercover vehicles disobey the DMV laws.
Studies have proven these same officers continue with this thoughtless driving habits when in their own vehicles. Thats why they are given a 'free get out of jsil' I.D. to protect them when off duty.
Once again faulty judgement was used when two police cars at 7:40 a.m. were seen racing through a Glendora, California intersection. Some claim they had lights and other devices working?
Officer's were responding with a second police unit to a call when the collision happened in the intersection of Lorraine Avenue and Foothill Blvd.

The D.O.J. officials are looking at 6 cases involving TX. Houston police officers.
The shooting death of a mentally ill one-armed, one-legged man in a wheelchair, where excessive force being investigated.
The U.S. Justice Department is investigating six cases over the last two years in which Houston police officers fatally shot or used excessive force against unarmed civilians..

GPD police vehicles often do so by driving recklessly.
A few months back I was making a right turn from foothill onto Lorraine, and a police car flew right past me from behind.
He scared the hell out of me as I almost slammed into him.
And I was not on the phone or listening to loud music.
Since I was shocked with the officer's reckless driving, I can't help but chuckle at the idea that there were two police cruisers responding to nothing!

The student said two security guards, a Chicago police officer and a female assistant principal took him to a nearby washroom.
One of the security guards put him up against the wall of a bathroom stall so his back was to the guards.
Then he told me to remove my belt he pulled my pants and underwear down to my knees.
He started grabbing and searching my privates.
Now his parents are suing everyone involved, and Chicago Public Schools and City of Chicago.
The assistant principal who allegedly watched the strip search declined to comment, referring questions to the Chicago Public Schools law department.
The CPS policy manual also prohibits washroom searches.

A Border Patrol agent in Southern California who shot and killed a mother of five.
Ran and jumped from the curb on to the hood of the vehicle fired his gun (point blank) 10 times from the hood of her car.
This shooter says he tried to get the woman to stop, according to an autopsy report.
What the heck she was brown and he wasn't so it's OK to shoot them down.

Watch out for those Pervos:
Former Minnesota policewoman Anne Marie Rasmusson says police officers accessed her drivers license pictures illegally 550 times, not because she did anything wrong, but out of personal interest.
They do it more than you know.

Oh no an officer of the law wouldn't do that, now would he?
A Detroit judge recently reprimanded for sending a shirtless photo of himself to an employee.
He also has been placed on leave amid allegations he had a relationship with a woman whose child-support case was pending in his court, good newsshe is pregnant with his own little JUDGE;s child to affer the wild sex romp in his backroom chambers.

The price of a life isn't worth th price of a bullet, what if Duddly-Dinger missed and killed a by stander?
An off-duty Harris County sheriff's deputy said Friday that he was afraid for his life when he fatally shot a suspected shoplifter in a Walmart parking lot.
Takes care of shoplifting?

Gil Aguirre says;
While an ad hoc committee can be exempt from open meeting requirements under specific circumstances, with everything that's been going on at the sgvCOG, you would think they would want to be transparent.
I think they are going far beyond the scope of what an ad hoc committee is designed to do.
This ad hoc committee is secretly picking the next sgvCOG executive director.
Crooked in, Crooked OUT.

Manuel Pardo was a decorated Florida highway patrolman, police officer, boy scout and Navy vet.
Then he just snapped and wet off the cliff from all accounts went horribly bad, slaying nine people during a three-month crime spree after he had been fired for lying.
