A firing squad seems like the perfect way of settling this issue, then the son can stand trial or also face the firing squad too, since he was involved in the cold bloded killing of another human being.

Gamez was contacted after the fight by his eldest son.

Gamez allegedly drove to the area, confronted the 38-year-old Casillas and another man, and fired two shots. Casillas was killed; the other man, identified as was not hit.

Time to sue the heck out of everyone, if the deputy eats the barrel then it would be easier on all concerned, except the son still has to go on trial and serve 25 years to life.

This was a bad one, all the officers should have stood trial and been convicted. A choice of Firing Squad or 25 yeaqrs in prison?

A police officer was sentenced to more than four years in prison for using excessive force against a mentally disabled janitor who died after being erroneously suspected of stealing money from an ATM.

A California man was jailed for four days for attempting to record police officers on a public street.

Daniel J. Saulmon was charged, there is no law in California that requires citizens to produce identification.

And even if there was, it would require the officer to have a reasonable suspicion that he was committing a crime.

But prosecutors have already dropped the charge against Saulmon as well as a few other minor citations relating to his bicycle such as not have proper reflectors on the pedals.

And they most likely knew who he was considering he won a $25,000 settlement from the same police department after they unlawfully arrested him on eavesdropping/wiretapping charges in 2005.

This time, it appears the Hawthorne Police Department will be dishing out much more, thanks to officer Gabriel Lira’s abuse of authority.

Finally the Justice Department is making a federal inquiry into the department.

Since 2010, the Albuquerque, NM police have been involved in 25 shootings, 17 of which resulted in deaths.

An outcry came after a report that the police union was making payments to officers who had been involved in shootings to help them cope with the trauma.

The union has since ended the practice.

Great news.

This really made my day.

The U.S. Supreme Court made the right decision here.

If the police can film us all the time then it is just fair that we can film them back this will even help to keep the police cleaner from corruption and violation of people's rights.
