Good for Richard McKee, finally put some fire to the feet of the crooks running Glendora, Ca. local government.

Isn't it funny how you and all your mindless pals have never been able to prove that bs Mark? What's that say about you except you're either incredibly stupid or mentally ill?

Wasn't it strange how this was one of many lawsuits the gity of Glendora finally lost and continues to lose!

$800,00.00 or bust, just like Bob Kyhn's boostings!

A Judge today told Athens Services to stuuf it, with their lawsuit to try and stop the will of the people!

Athens Services (CFO Gary Clifford also of Glendora, Ca.) and Douglas Tessitor of Glendora, Ca. both want citizens to stop asking questions

The ballot measure was overwhelmingly
approved by voters March 8, with 71 percent
voting in favor of awarding the city's next trash
contract to the lowest bidder.

Athens Services owns the exclusive rights to haul
trash in the city until 2017.

This kind of trash coming from the two fore mentioned people and Athens Services would be a great relief to all residents of SGV, California.
LOST COURT CASE

Covina, CA

"In 1990, he was a community college chemistry teacher whose passions were raised by what he considered an open-meetings violation by the city of Glendora."

"HE LOST THAT COURT CASE!"

Yes, he did. But most of the judges were ignorant and were in the back pockets of local politicans who didn't want to give up powere let alone be charged with a crime in their own little kingdoms.

But as Glendora, Ca. has learned - change or get drug back into court and have your backside spanked and spread across the front pages of some newspaper.

But Richard McKee did win his second case brought againist Glendora, Ca.

next time Dougie get up earlier and stop drinking so much booze, ya drunk!

Boooo hoooo you r are crying about it again....Can't wait to see what we get for the lowest bid. An allotment of 2 barrels a week and an extra one for green stuff? BS! I don't care for the bill I'm getting now, but I guarantee its better that those other companies that have add on fee's and penalties for going over your allotment.

If Athens can't handle the the system of rules then maybe they can try and bribe another cities city council?

Financial Toll

Covina, CA

#17 Apr 29, 2011
In another caae McKee crusade took a great personal and financial toll. After suing the Orange Unified School District Board for alleged violations of the Brown Act in 2007, McKee as the losing plaintiff was responsible for paying thousands in attorney’s fees and court costs, forcing McKee to take a lien on his home and suffer garnishment of his wages.

Sound like Erica's case...
