Every time I attend a West Covina City Council meeting you would think the president of the US was coming.
More cops than citizens.
But we know there a members of local agencies who hate each other.
The quest for power has no limits.
For you information, West Covina has an city ordinance forbidding any weapons on city hall property other than west Covina police officer's
So if the president of the U.S. would come to a meeting, the Secret Service would not be able to be armed?
And one of our city council is a retired LA County Sheriff's Deputies. Is he restricted from carrying a concealed weapon?
PS, during the public speaking forum of the city council meeting, Herfert sits behind his lap top surfing the web, while citizens speak.
And they all say how much they care for us!

If I was walking down the street and either of them was walking towards me, I would cross the street.
Can't stand either of them.

Also, there is a ton of money in water boards. I have personal experiences in investigating board member's.
I could write a book on the crap they pull on the rate payers.
I may wake up and resume the role of Sherlock Holmes.

Lots more money in water board and the city of West Covina is broke thanks to Touhey and Herfert. That's why Herfert wants trustee position at MT SAC he wants to leave also.

Herfert finally lost an election. I guess the stench in West Covina was smelled in cow country. Different than cow dung. Smells more like dead bodies.
That is how bad it is in the lovely town best known for the BKK Dump.
He would make a good dog catcher in Pomona.
Time for a nap,,,,,,,,,,
