That place has had missing guns money drugs and tons of crap over 20 years and either there is about 20 thieves in that place or one real clever one. It is hard for me to believe that all this missing stuff is connected by one person or pair. Lisa was forced to take a plea bargain or face prison about 9 years ago, Fife guns and money, Priddy guns and money , and drugs and more drugs.

Correction: it is hard for me to believe that all this missing money and stuff isn't due to one person or set of people.

Exactly think it is the same people every single time and they keep getting away with it. Blaming others or nothing is done. There is no way 20 years of this is a coincidence.

Rick Patterson no longer does, nor Mary Kimes work their anymore. I think the herd will start thinning out. I'd say Mary will try to take a lot of cops down with her!

Last I heard Rick still worked there and so did everyone else who was there. It is pretty easy to figure out the common denominator in all the missing money and stuff. Just make a list of everything missing and who worked there at that time. I am sure you will find a few names that appear on every list. And who could blame her, I wouldn't sit back and take the blame I would be announcing everything I knew from the roof tops.

I would take them down too but she needs to go to prison too along with anyone else taking what does not belong to them.if your going to try to make her sound like a scapecoat for everyone else your just plain full of crap.keep talkin but no one believes it

I am pretty sure she ain't the first scapegoat. Like I said look at the history over the past 20 years. Money on at least 6 different occasions and guns drugs evidence and entire files in people vanish daily. There is no way this isn't all connected by one person who has been taking advantage of the system this entire time. I do know that the scapegoats were not there the entire time and it is the same crimes over and over so someone should be smart enough to stop and say maybe someone is getting framed here and has in the past. Also over 150,000 in money and things. Don't you think that would be someone buying houses, building, buying businesses, or with a great deal of stuff.

POMEROY — A case involving alleged missing funds from the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office is now in the hands of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office.

An investigation is being conducted by the Attorney General’s office regarding former Meigs County Sheriff’s Office employee Mary Kimes.

Jill Delgreco, a representative of the Attorney General’s office, confirmed to The Daily Sentinel on Wednesday that the office has assigned a special prosecutor to handle the case.

Meigs County Prosecutor Colleen Williams said that a previous investigation was conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at the request of the Meigs County Sheriff last year. The case was then turned over to the Attorney General’s Office.

Delgreco said the office could not comment on possible charges or details of the investigation at this time.

What that says to me is they investigated last year and apparently didn't find evidence she did anything so now someone else is trying. Why spend all that time having Washington County investigate then have someone else investigate if they had the proof she did something. I am saying simply innocent until proven guilty and none of the crap in that place has been adding up for years. I hope the AG opens all the cases of missing money and missing things and finds out who is behind it all. And why Beegle did nothing if he knew who took the 20,000 and 5,000. Why he hid it. They tried to frame Porter for that one but that didn't work either.
