AFAIK, the Southeast has a power deficit. Ergo it is buying coal-based electricity from the YankeeLand.

What, rebels stopping subsidizing the yankees and actually making some money?! The Reb wiggling out of servitude to the Yankee? The horror in the Noertheast Megalopolis boardrooms!

Quick, someone find an excuse for a yankee invasion to fend off such awful threat!
