Would you hire someone If they had a DUI on there police record

Would you have someone working for with a DUI on there record? Not me if they had been arrested for it once they will do it again. Just like most ex druggies.

No, I would not hire someone whom has such a record period! They are still a high risk driver. Most of the time there are more hidden issues. This could hurt your place of business, employees.
I do not and will not be friends with someone whom has poor judgement when it comes to common sense!
Drinking & driving is pure stupidity!
No, second chances be given to those whom make a decision to drink & drive and possibly take an incessant life or lives.
No, licenses given back.
If you see someone whom seems to be drunk behind the wheel of a vehicle. Report it ASAP!

Common sense would be my answer.
This is in regards to laws that pertain to drinking & driving. Officials don't seem to care about, whether people choose the right decision when they have consumed alcohol.
You just don't drive if you are under the influence of alcohol.
This is extremely harmful to everyone! Be smart, not stupid!

I would not deny them employment based on a past mistake. Sobriety is hard enough to attain for most people, much less employment. If their job does not require them to drive then what do you have to lose?
Alcoholism is a disease and CAN be treated with education and time.

I wouldn't go that place for any amount of money. You can't pay me to to that place.
