who would know the lay out of your stores? How would they know of cross spaces? Did anyone just move to Polo from a large city? And if so, is this person/s a janitor at any of these stores? Or perhaps a clerk? Since Polo is so-o small I would hold an emergency town hall meeting to inform the public 'soon after' you have a big crime and not wait until a lot of crime takes place. Alert these country folks to start locking their homes, cars etc. This isn't mayberry any longer...Hang in there Chief, it can't be easy being in charge of a tiny village and ignorance!
