Republikans refuse to accept that demographics have changed. When WASP s were the majority and in pretty much in political control, exclusive politics worked very well to disenfranchise other groups and to force them to accept WASP values, culture, religion, economics, etc. Now the demographic is much more diverse and exclusivity is not an effective or even sensible political tactic. That failure to understand democracy AND THE CHANGED DEMOGRAPHIC cost Mitt Romney the last election when he so foolishly insulted 47% of all voters.
Since the beginning of life on Earth, those species which could not adapt to change became extinct. Instead of changing, republikans are trying to stack the deck. They will change or become even more ineffective than they already are.

You forgot to add people from other countries to the intolerant list. And add rich people to their acceptable list. They would like to banish all poor people.

It just makes no sense to me for us to lash out at a nation which had nothing to do with the attack on the USA. That doesn't make our nation and its leaders seem tough. It makes us and them seem like stupid hated chicken bullies exercising displaced aggression against weaker victims instead of getting the ones who hurt us to start with.. Attacking camel jocks with drones who burn camel shit to cook with does not create paralyzing fear and prevent attempts against the USA.. It creates strongly motivated hatred and multiplies the likelihood of an attack.. A million man standing army will do little or nothing to prevent non state small group clandestine attacks like 911.. We need to concentrate on defense instead of imperialism.

When that happens, this country isn't going to conduct a Sherlock Holmes investigation, it's going to lash out, and what we are going to have, is a disastrous war of unparalleled destruction, billions will die. Then, there probably won't be near as many people like you and me left, to talk the finer points of politics. You don't understand real hate, TSF. The people who destroy the American city with their nuke, they don't think beyond their hate. If they did, they'd figure out a basic fact of HUMAN NATURE. Hate, only gets hate. And yes TSF, billions will die, for hates sake. And there is not a damn thing anyone can do about it, TSF.

Liberals agree to all things, all religions, except paradoxically, the Christian religion. Stand up for what you believe in, hater, because DAMN SURE WE WILL.
Funny how when you can't come back with anything concrete, you begin with "the hater" attack. That, in itself, is so typically Republican. Even you have said many times in past posts, "When they come back with attacks on the person, they have no answers." Damn, you were right!

WOW, talk about "haters":"The first Klan was founded in 1865 in Pulaski, Tennessee, by six veterans of the Confederate Army.[17] The name is probably derived from the Greek word kuklos (κύ&#954 ;λο&#962 ;) which means circle, suggesting a circle or band of brothers.[18]

Although there was little organizational structure above the local level, similar groups rose across the South and adopted the same name and methods.[19] Klan groups spread throughout the South as an insurgent movement during the Reconstruction era in the United States. As a secret vigilante group, the Klan targeted freedmen and their allies; it sought to restore white supremacy by threats and violence, including murder, against black and white Republicans. In 1870 and 1871, the federal government passed the Force Acts, which were used to prosecute Klan crimes.[20] Prosecution of Klan crimes and enforcement of the Force Acts suppressed Klan activity. In 1874 and later, however, newly organized and openly active paramilitary organizations, such as the White League and the Red Shirts, started a fresh round of violence aimed at suppressing blacks' voting and running Republicans out of office. These contributed to segregationist white Democrats regaining political power in all the Southern states by 1877." Face it Democrats were the first "haters".

Seems to me on this forum all the haters are liberals. TSF, State, and the poster that uses my forum names. Hate is all you guys spew. I'd try to change the subject also, if my president was an incompetent boob. If my party was in disarray, and if my party was in the process of losing both houses. Just what do democrats stand for? Homosexual deification, homosexual marriage, and the old democrat favorite, baby killing. Yeah, you guys are full of love. What you worship is filth, the things you glorify are filth. So, baby killers, keep telling us what haters we are. Projecting, aren't you?

Democrats worship themselves, they are there own "higher power". Democrats hate Christianity. They have to, they can't find enough babies to kill, Christians consider killing babies a sin. The new Democrat cause of the day, is" homosexuality ". Christians consider homosexuality a sin. Christians believe in answering for their mistakes. Democrats believe in suing someone for their mistakes. The" tolerant "party HATES CHRISTIANS. They hate any disagreement, any dissent, from their dogma, which is why they loose the PC Police on anything they don't approve of.

They don't sacrifice babies on altars to imaginary gods anymore. Democrats sacrifice babies on the altar of their own indifference. But it's no big deal, right? After all, everything is possible for the "tolerant" party, and babies can't vote anyway, the dems will just keep saying "yes" to everything, to get those votes! Raise the minimum wage! Get those votes! Let there be uncontrolled immigration! Get those votes! Legalize everything homosexual! Get those votes! Kill those babies! They can't vote! Democrats are cynical power grabbers, who stand for nothing but their own conceit.

Recognize your enemies. What is "immigration"? That's when someone goes through a process, and LEGALLY comes to America. It's not, some people coming across the border bringing heroine and cocaine to Americans, now is it? We are Mexico's biggest junkies. But, since democrats need those votes..... The more the merrier, they need the votes. This isn't some Mexican coming across the border in sandals and a floppy hat. These are Mexicans getting rich on the drug addictions of Americans. The president cares about Crimea, but not the millions of illegal aliens flooding this country, but after all, it's OK, most of them will vote Democrat, and probably more than once! After all, the Florida Democrat Sink said that we need people to clean commodes and mow the grass!!

Uh oh. That 7 million dollars the Koch brothers have pumped into the campaign of Thom Tillis has failed to conceal his character issues. Tillis is apparently "living a double life" ,saying one thing and doing another. Tillis has solicited contributions from homosexual activities, has given high level appointments to campaign contributors, has given bonuses to sex scandal participants in his office, and fosters a culture of corruption.

His republican opponents in the primary, Reverend Mark Harris and Greg Brannon think Tilis is really an unelectable closet democrat.

The 410,000 illegals in NC are costing the state of NC around $2 billion dollars . So-- Why did NC republican legislators pass Senate Bill 774 in 2013? This bill essentially cancels e-verify and invites the other 14 million illegals all over the USA into NC. Now I seriously doubt that NC republikans are trying to help democrats.

Republikans pass a jobs bill for illegals and cancel unemployment benefits for legal residents.

Something is happening here---what it is ain't exactly clear

"ST. CLOUD, Minn.– A $2.3 million federal stimulus project at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in St. Cloud is giving green energy initiatives a bad name.

A 600-kilowatt wind turbine -- some 245 foot tall -- stands on the wintry VA grounds, frozen in time and temperature, essentially inoperable for the past 1 1/2 years. No one is working to fix it, though many attempts were made to repair the turbine, once billed as a model green energy project.

"The St. Cloud VA is a hospital, and our focus is on our patients and we like to think that we treat our veterans very well here," said Barry Venable, a public affairs officer for the VA in St. Cloud. "We're embarrassed that this turbine does not operate as advertised."

That's quite the about-face from the buildup in December 2009 over the announcement of the central Minnesota turbine, the lone Department of Veterans Affairs project included in the White House document touting President Obama's executive order for federal agencies to lead the way on renewable energy.

"Throughout the Federal Government, agencies are already leading by example toward building a clean energy economy. This document outlines some examples of projects, many of which leverage Recovery Act funding, that will drive long-term savings, build local market capacity, and create new private-sector clean energy jobs," states an administration document called "E.O. 13514: Agencies Leading by Example."

Today, critics call the solo St. Cloud wind turbine a leading example of something else -- the failure of federal stimulus spending to deliver on renewable energy initiatives.

"It's another example of stimulus money going after bad projects that make no economic sense. The VA in St. Cloud shouldn't be in the electricity business," said Peter Nelson, director of public policy at the Center of the American Experiment. "We already have utilities in Minnesota who are in the utilities business who know the best areas in Minnesota for setting up wind turbines and know how to maintain them." Yep, failed again. Let's spend some more.
