Years of alcohol and meth take their toll on a body. He looks terrible, has looked terrible and his performances are lousy and his personal life is dysfunctional, sordid and what he made it. Really sad that some call or think of him as a hero. Either way, he is done. Too bad he didn't appreciate what he had.

Randy is a good guy. He has had his problems just like most everyone else. He came to see my mom when she was so sick. I will never forget the happiness he brought to her. He has no,idea just how much it meant to her. Im praying for his recovery!

Randy has had his problems but he is still a good ol' boy and I'm gonna stand with him. We took many a drink of AA back in the old days and smoked tons of reefer. We ALL have a past, I hope he has a future.

To bad, the statment you made is not true, not at this stage in his life. I noticed he had no drugs are alcohol in his system when HE it went to the hospital. Why can He not make changes ? He is trying AT LEAST TO GET HIS LIFE BACK!!!hIS PERSONAL LIFE IS DOING FINE.
i WONDER WHY SOME PEOPLE WANT HIM TI FAIL ? INTERESTING!!!

Texas has adopted him and we stick with our son's and daughter's ND HELP THEM TO SUCCEED. WE DO NOT HOLD HIM UP TO BE A HERO WE JUST LOVE HIM AS WE FINE HIM.
HOPE HE NEVER LEAVES TEXAS, HE IS DOING GREAT

YEA!!! Randy is out of the hospital and on his way to recovery. He is so strong.

The members of the Traywick family that have been talking to the National Enquirer need to stop telling lies about Randy!!~! He must be very ashamed of you. I know you must have needed the money but to hurt you own son, shame !!!

Yep I read that. She was the wife of Lib and Randy's dentist.
Randy drank because he wanted to. He drank when he was with Lib. They are not the first man and women to have an affair.
He was a drinker long before he met Mary.
Do you people ever have anything good to say or do you just gossip and choose to belevie anything about Randy ?

Back in the day before he hooked up with Lib and them he uster play in a band herebouts. I am trying to remember them boys. I remember one time they was spose to play at the Legion hall and Randy done something and got his ass throwed in jail so they got another boy who didn't hardly know the songs. Come time for the dance and it sounded so bad the head of the Legion come up and told the drum player. "Y'all just play and don't let that boy sing another note or you won't get paid".

When them Traywick boys was youngins they would fight. If they wasn't fighting each other they was fighting somebody else. Randy was pretty good fighting but I seen him get tore up one night in Monroe. All of the boys started drinking early. they would pay somebody to go get beer and later on they would go to the bootlegger. Harold wouldn't do nothing about it because he was on his own ass half the time and they would steal his liquor when he passed out.

He hooked up with Lib and was warshing dishes and singing at Country City. Lib got on him about drinking so much and he done better. He made a splash in Charlotte and she got him to Nashville to see if they could get a foot in the door. She was good for him and I think they loved each other but he was getting back in the bottle when he got away from her and it was as bad as ever.

I don't think Randy Travis is doing well. Read he was released from Vanderbilt and flown back to Texas and is in a facility near his home barely recovering from Pneumonia and suffering some really severe paralysis from the stroke.
