These former directors at PVH with their lawsuits will indeed get any amount of settlement they ask for, and so would our former CEO if he sued, because the men on the Board and the administrators know what all would come out under oath if their lawyers put certain employees and directors and administrators and former employees on the stand and asked the right questions about all of the details of all of the cheating and adultery and other sleazy crap about our hospital, including setting up and entrapping our former CEO. No way is PVH going to let that happen. Ask for whatever you want, and you will get it. We will all get to pay for all of the sleazy affairs and other B.S. they have been guilty of, through increases in hospital charges, just like we have in the past for all of the other settlements and fines and crap due to the long history of PVH malfeasance by allowing these people to run our hospital any way they want. It is a publicly owned hospital, and all of these years nobody has been watching them closely enough. That is supposed to be the job of the Board Members.

Is there a lawsuit like that for real, I thought all of that was a done deal and already settled and old news that was always just more rumor than anything.

I wasn't aware that they were suing?

It's my understanding that the daughter wasn't technically even "fired", either...They eliminated her position due to finances, but she could still apply for other positions.

It is DEFINITELY continuing to go downhill...Quickly.
While I agree with you regarding the CEO, I honestly think that it's a lot of the board members that ARE the major problem.

They care about keeping their own wallets padded, and staying on their power-trips...Sadly, that's about it.

I agree with you 100%! PVH treats people very dirty! The wrong people are in the wrong positions. And you are right no one ever checks up on them. The only reason they haven't laid anyone off is because they forced some into retirement and fired the rest. They really take advantage of WV being an at will state. The dirtier you are the better you can along with them. And most of the Board Members it is only for status and they couldn't care less.

I used to work for PVH and they discriminate everyday against certain employees. They discriminate due to race I know first hand. I hope they get sued and have to pay out. Serves them
right.
