Don't know about all the negativity. I do know any and all the ladies that work there have treated us very well and are courteous and professional. As far as cutting the hotdog in half; pinch it! They are not made of iron. They are not there to cater to your little whims either. If you can drive, you should not need a babysitter to fix your food. Maybe you need them to eat it for you too? Try being kind as well, a little nice will go a long way. Way to go Ladies of Point Pleasant Dairy Queen. My hat is off to you !!!
Look hardwareman those footlongs with sauce and slaw are sloppy and run all down your hands. The last thing I need when going to the Dr is sauce dropped all over my shirt plus I pay for it I shouldnt have to pinch it and get sauce all under my nails!I don't need a babysitter either just some common courtisy, you are the one being rude and im never rude to waitresses. As far as the ladies working there I don't know them personaly and know nothing about their lives.Oh by the way my daughter worked at that Dairy Queen when she was in high school !Those people have jobs because of us and its not to much to ask for your hotdog to be cut in half to make it manigable to eat !

Instead of asking them to cut your footlong in half, wouldn't it make more sense to just order two regular dogs?

Thanks!!! im glad someone appreciates us!! we arent allowed to cut the hotdogs because the only knives we have a for the bananas and we were told not to use them by the owner until now. not our fault we just do our job how we are told! and as far as the blizzards they are hard to get mixed up all the way if we are really busy.. u work there for a week or just a few days when we have softball teams and a drivethru full of cars out to the road with $30 orders and see how you like it.

Did you text this single, paragraph long run-on sentence of nonsense while driving, or are you just retarded? You didn't seem to have a complete thought in this entire post. "FL"? What, too lazy to spell out "Footlong"? No wonder you won't cut your own hot dog. You own a restaurant? Scary. I hope I never have the misfortune of eating there. I can just see you at the Dairy Queen window..."Cut...Hot dog....two...pieceeesssss! Want two pieces! Blaaarggghhh! I want my way! I pay money!"

Well, there are such things as priorities. I don't believe I would go grab a "dog" if I were on the way to the doctor. Any hotdog or bbq w/sauce is going to be a little messy. I do know some of the ladies that work there and have worked there for years. Good people, they are. There are 1/2 hotdogs, they are called "regular" ones. Since you already know you can't handle the big stuff, get a "regular" instead; or two of them. Wear a bib to protect your clothes. Get your nails done after you eat a hotdog. Your daughter not able to handle the work there? Maybe just looking for a summer "PayCheck" instead of really working? Just asking. If you pinch the dog from the bun sideways, you would never touch the hotdog itself to get it under your nails. I am just saying that I like the DQ in Point Pleasant. I would perfer a couple of footlongs and a vanilla cone to the "Iron Gate" or some of the other places to eat in that location. I am not trying to be rude, but, well, some people just can't handle certain foods, and if you are one of those, then just don't eat there. I live almost 3 hours away from Point, and enjoy going there when I am in the area. Didn't mean for you to get outraged or anything like that.

Ok you can say what you wan't about me but you have no business talking adout my daughter !She worked there as a teenager in high school to earn spending money (so she didn't have to ask mommy and daddy for it )!The reason I said she worked there was because I have no problem with the girls there. If they arent allowed to cut the hotdogs they should have said so instead of they were to busy.As for my daughter she is a nurse who put herself through nursing school by day and then worked 2 jobs nights and weekends. Also she ownes her own home already paid for so I really resent you smarting off about her!People like you who jump to conclusions without knowing what you are talking about are jerks in my book, and I would never talk about your child !So don't try to make people out to be mean just because you know the DQ girls.Nothing was said personally about them by me !!!Oh your not trying to be RUDE well I would hate to see you when you really are !!!

the 1st part of your comment is funny about the hotdogs not being made of steel but i think when you pay for food that they should "cater to our little whims" because we are paying for it, if they dont want to cater to people maybe they should try a new line of work
