Steven Harlan "creature" Stover.

I did my homework and found that this guy, who's photo appeared on an Ohio jail website was indicted on federal charges for conspiracy and racketeering with the Pagans MC. Now he's dead and he killed Andrea Bailes, and forever changed the lives of her family and Paul's family forever. Prayers and thoughts for the full recovery of Paul and his daughter and may Andrea rest in peace!

This is a sad & unfortunate thing but,
not all motorcycle clubs & members are bad.

I remember when he kidnapped a woman out of Guyandotte Post Office & raped her. This guy is guilty of all sorts of attrocities and yet apparantly never spent much time incarcerated.

There are a lot of comments about him on the Huntington Topix if you care to read them. Some people apparantly liked him. Probably the same sort.

how unfortunate that he was released after all the DUI's and the above offense. The parties involved in his release should be held respondsible for this horrible tragedy! Enough of this already!! Repeat offenders are a danger to our society!!

I have to say that I knew him very well. What he did was wrong and I don't agree with it at all. I also don't agree about the motorcycle club comments. Yes you have alot of individuals in them that are messed up but most of them do alot of charity work and help the communities. I know because I used to be involved with one considering I was with a guy in one. I grew to love most of them like family and they would do ANYTHING for me or any other members, family, or friends. Personally I think most people are afraid to say these things to thier faces. But honestly they are not bad people. They are like everyone else just belong to a club. I'm not a "biker chic" nor am I a trouble maker. I don't drink or do drugs and most of them don't either. Well the clubs I know. Anyhow I'm not making excuses for what Creature did, I'm just setting people straight on the clubs. I pray for both families, thier recoveries, and loss of thier loved ones. Do not judge you do not have that right.

Just because he was a pagen doesn't mean he caused the accident on purpose. Seven out of ten people driving today is driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol including over the counter medicine that impairs your ability to drive. It has nothing to do belonging to a club. You would be surprised how many people drive impaired. Sorry about your loss...the club had no hand in this accident. God bless. PEACE OUT!
