Don't Drink the Kool Aid! You must insist on being your own person and not be afraid to go over Tom's head. You must insist on turning the PVH reputation around by enforcing and practicing a higher code of ethical behavior at PVH, both in personal and professional behaviors. You must insist on a high level of morality. You must insist on total honesty and open policy and truth to the public and employees. You must eradicate favoritism which has been the rule and not the exception at PVH. You must have zero tolerance for sleazy, predatory sexual behavior from physicians and employees. You must make your employees and most of all the physicians and administration and management of the hospital to focus ALL of their attention on the patients and quality of health care at PVH. You must eliminate the notion that working at PVH is supposed to be fun and games. You must retrain your managers from the bottom up to do away with the Master-slave relationship and style of management they have practiced for years with their employees. You must change the corporate culture at PVH that has been allowed to continue here for so many years and even encouraged by poor example from the leadership. Do Not Drink the Kool-Aid that you will be offered by the current powers that be at PVH. Insist on doing the right things right! Stand up for what is right. Fully learn all of the truth about the past and the old relationships that have preceded you at PVH and learn from history. You and the employees need to quit drinking Tom's Kool-Aid that he just keeps pouring out. Be your own man. If you don't stand for something; then you will fall for anything!

Really? Do you really believe the CFO of PVH is going to read your post on Topix and take your advice? Seriously? What kind of Kool-Aid have you been drinking?

I don't think you are a former patient. Based on your writings you MUST be a disgruntled employee, lol.
I agree that the patient care in both the hospital and physican's practices have deteriorated.
Good luck with your endeavors. Take your concerns to the front office. Show them how to stand up, see how that works for you.
