The only thing necessary for the triumph of "EVIL"
is for good men to do nothing.
Mr. Zanetti and Certifiaed Valuations are in need of
a good envestigation by the Coucil and FBI.

My 86 yearold aunt has been displaced from Hurricane Sandy. She rents an apartment in So. Seaside Pk, Berkley Twp. When I recently went to check her apartment and found a red plastic ribbon on the front post. I also noted a white sticker on her window from Safeguard Properties informing us that her proerty had been abandoned. Does anyone know anything about them. I know that the owners f this property are being forclosed upon but landlady will not tell my aunt when this will take place. I am wondering if this Safeguard Property business was hired by her mortgage company. We dont know what to do about this situation since the landlady will not return any of our phone calls. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
