Thanks for posting this. Almost reminds me of the bit about the Davala crater in Russia. Think that's the name of it. The one that has the hole where the pipes broke back in around 1971 whilest drilling and the hole was set on fire and now it is this huge crater of hell. Probably stinks pretty good, too. The eco-damage from these things has got to be tremendous. BTW. Why is there only one guy there to manage things instead of a small crew? Like, maybe 3 people around to monitor and take care of things.
