And you sound like an arrogant Weidner employee still. I guess if you ever lived in one of their dumps you'd know better. Rehabbed my ass. My building gets windows and doors kicked in weekly and not one ounce of security. Except for parking lot tickets. Can't get washer/dryers fixed. Security buzzers don't work. Weidner Investments is a slumlord Corporation from the US now goughing the guys working in the oilpatch in northern Canada.

my husband said they only fix what needs to be fixed, and make it looked fixed and if you don't complain when u move out the put the bill onto u. and the maintenance man don't know C*** he put was trying to fix the door at our last apartment and didn't even put in that installation so it the cold air won't come in. they were telling the people close that door all the way & putting the blame on the tenants about the pipes freezing.

im living at the sherwood apartments, and the builiding company is a Third party building company. they sent me a statement for a $ 191 80 cents. i called the building and tried to make a formal complaint at that time they said they would have somebody call me back .. and directed me to go to the office and talk to the office manager.upon arrival at the office managers desk . they informed me that there was nothing they could do.i never heard back from the building company so i went back to the office, and they owered my utility bill to $ 46dollars and sum change. i paid in full. then i received the next statement for a hundred a nd four dollars i called the company to complain again. and again they told me sumbody would b calling me in the next 72 hours ..never heard a respond .and thru out all this the company sherwood apartments was sold to weidner company.i went back to the office. and they told me there was nothing they could do u have to contact the utility building company. after contacting the building company .they told me since i havent heard anything they would red tape fast track my request ..i havent received any response so i went back to the office.i and they told me to pay your bills . and that there was nothing they could do. so i put a complaint to the hearing examiner. the examinier couldnt find any fault. however they reprimanded the apartment manager . for lack of posting,explaining there billing process. they find them a hundred dollars and they were suppose to give me F T Boyce a hundred and five dollars.. and then i received the decesion in the mail on a saturday and that following monday i returned back to the aapartments office. and they said they still couldnt do nothing i talked to them for a long period of time. they finally reduced your bill from hundred and four dollars to twenty dollars.
i paid the remaining hundred and three dollars.then the folllowing month they said i owed a hundred and forty three dollars. i spoke to the women and explained to her that my bill was to high . we seemed to not beable to communicate at that time therefore i walked out the office.. a couple days later i went back and then she said now its a hundred and forty six dollars .then her and her assisstant came to my door and they upset because i was posting the findings of the hearing examiners report on the public bulletin.. they asked me to move the manager told me she would void the contract i told them im on low income therefore i cant just up and move.. the next thing i know the bill went up to a hundred and forty nine dollars. then on the second of december. i went to pay my portion of the rent and the rest on the water . she refused to accept payment so i went downtown to housing justice. they wrote her a letter requesting the two billing statements from october and november. i havent received any billing statements for the last two months . so i went back to the bank where i got the money orders at and had the rent / utilitys seperated in two different money orders . then i returned back to the manager to pay my portion of the rent. she denied payment again . then when i so i returned back to the housing justice they called her and she agreed to accept my rent .but they had to recontact her bcause she wouldnt accept my rent for the month of december 2013 because i was delinquent on my utility payment of forty two cents for the month of september..2013 .

I have just one week to fined and apartment be for next month or the landlord well start the Eviction on me I am 62 of ages and well be 63 soon, I have never been tread this way ,I have all way paid my Rent I had no problem until this Water Bill came up #7 year ago ,I move five years ago to where I am at now Sherwood apartment in Seattle Washington I have ben here going on five years Miss Chelsea the landlord have not ben here a year yet I have never run across a landlord like her! I have no problem staying here its just her I don't know her and she don't know me I don't know what is her problem is, but she is trying to make me homeless and I don't no why!!

How would I get a refund they kept my deposit and chahgred me another 800 in cleaning fees! They also sent the fees to collections without attempt to contact me and I was left to pay it!

I currently am a resident at one of the Weidner Apartment home properties in Arizona. I've been paying excessive late fees..$50 after the 5th,$5 everyday after that,$25 for issuing a $50 fee, etc. I've paid over $1000 in late fees (and supposably legal fees) and it never ends. Management here is "just doing their job" and implementing the rules but this is rediculous. I Dont have anything bad to say because they are then ones being told not to waive anything and even the manager above the property manager would come in to add extra fees for late payment. No matter what it was I've always paid but being a tenant for almost 3 years now and there is nothing they can do to stop it from acuring is almost impossible to believe. So can someone please tell me now do I file to get a refund/reimburstment of late excessive fees. Watching the news clip it said "any and every tenant who has been charged excessive late fees"

I am pregnant and was dealing with mold for months before I found out where it was then again it took them 6 months to fix the other mold issue that is the most serious side, I've gotten sick multiple times and now I'm about to terminate my lease and supposedly they arent going to charge us a termination fee, I gotta see this. These people think they are doing us a favor always have an answer and on the defensive side. I am dealing with the area manager and words cannot describe what I am going through and how the hell this guy has the heart to do what he does.

I've rented from widener for a year here at 4 seasons in anchorage alaska, and just received a notice to sign another 10 to 18 month lease with a $100 rent increase, or go month to month and pay $220 more a month. I'm appalled.....Im a commercial property manager, and I have 3 family members who've worked as residential property managers for 20+years and they have never seen such an extensive rent increase in their career. As a single mother of two who works a full time, a part time job, who's a full time student, I'm beyond words at this point. It's never ending. As soon as you think your safe, Weidner gets ya. This is the second time this has happened with them. The last place they gave me a 30 day notice with no options but to move, and my dumb ass moved into another weidner facility because they accept dogs. They are amazing at making people feel helpless in an attempt to get more money. A $100 rent increase is out of this world, I pay my rent a week in advance and keep the property beyond clean inside and out,but apparently they want tenants who trash the area, leave dog shit on their front steps because their too lazy to take their damn dog out. I will never rent from them again, your not safe here, don't ever expect to stay over your lease and expect to move yearly.

Weidner is a fucking joke!!!
