You have GOT to be kidding me. That whole family is messed up.
You're right he SHOULD take responsibility. And so should the judge who sentenced him to only 5 YEARS?!?!?!?

20 odd drinks is a going quite overboard. I thought there was a limit to what they are allowed to serve.

But seriously, why wouldn't you blame the person who committed the crime?

I think they should hold both parties accountable for what happened. If they didn't serve him because he is underage this MIGHT NOT of happened. He did kill someone so he should have to do some time but the tavern should be closed down for not being responsible. Why would anyone serve someone more than 10 drinks. Obviously he was past drunk and the tavern will probably still be open serving underage people until they get another complaint.

He took someone's life and only got 5 to 11.5 years!!!The United States needs to get it together. We need to stiffen the penalties when someone commits a crime. Life for a life. You steal, you get your hand chopped off. This country just keeps getting worse and worse.

But were they in Carbon County?
Seems people literally get away with murder there.
But look at the place, maybe it's better that way.
