If he did what he was accused of doing to that little girl he needs to be set fee in the dalton area and hunted down by the surviving members of the family he killed.
Too bad that won't happen so now he gets to spend his life in prison.

Not seeking the death penalty was a smart move. He probably would have never been executed anyway and if he had got the needle every anti death group in the world would come to his aid. This way he will die in prison of old age.

Hopefully he will be put into General Population in prison; somebody with morals will take care of him.

I hope the inmates in prison have some fun with this punk. He needs a dirty needle full of poison to let him suffer and beg for mercy like I bet the victims did.

It costs US $80 thousand yearly for each federal prisoner and $20 for each state prisoner so who is REALLY being punished?? Do you need any more reasons for the death penalty??

When will people realize that the Greens had nothing to do with it? They aren't smart enough to have gotten away with it for five years, I guarantee you that if they had done it they would have been caught in less than a month.

They just picked the roughest bad old boys in the county who need to be in jail anyway but not for this because as long as the Greens are in jail for it the real murderer(s) are walking around free.

Then why did Chad testify that they did? Who in the hell would confess to something like this, if they didn't do it?

Maybe because with the 40 year sentence he would have been down 28 years and that is a long time to be in prison being known to be a baby raper and child killer. Then add the fact he is a snitch, probably wasn't a lot of fun for him. He gambled and lost in court, really didn't make much difference.
Wondering
