Actually we don't know if the majority of the county supports him, his district only takes a 3rd of the county.

millage increase from the court? go figure. can't pass a sales tax so do what only the court can do raise your mills. they raised my property value HEY that was already a tax increase! let see which JPs votes for a millage increase on the middle class... remember the middle class obama supporters? your own local elected officials don't care about the middle class. i say who ever votes for this lets vote them out.

They could have voted to increase the millage over the last few years and haven't. why don't you reserve your criticism until they actually do something. Until then you are just guessing. And that was the STATE that increased your property values. And if your values were lower than is correct, they should be increased.

The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protec it, Anarchy and Tyranny commence. PROPERTY MUST BE SECURED OR LIBERTY CANNOT EXIST. John Adams

Government is instituted to protect property of every sort....This being the end of government, that alone is not a just government...nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has in his personal safety and personal liberty is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest....
