when orc was told to shut down they already had several interested parties. It is not that bad of a building and has a nice gym with an all-purpose floor.

That sounds like a good idea and they can compete for the drug users, and alcoholics. The Botard Family certainly has some serious alcoholics .
Calvin is a rich and smart man so he will utilize his family to run the place as he pulls in the $$$$$.
He also knows how to manipulate those church members to get to their $$.

Why do you want to say something about Calvin manipulating his church members. Calvin and his family work very hard for what they have. I am excited to hear about them buying the ORC place. I know what ever he decides to do with it, will be good.

Apparently you have not had land that you have rented to Botard or had any legal dealings with him , he has been in many law suits and he lost most of them .
He is a pushy guy and will take advantage of you until you push back and then he leaves you alone.

Wasn't he a part time preacher and deacon at that church? He is a Man of GOD!
I wonder if he will be charged with theft? I seriously doubt that would happen- it would just be some items that happened to have been misplaced.
Here is a man who is a multimillionaire and still is being accused ( remember he is innocent until proven otherwise) of stealing.
He has enough land and money to buy up half of Pocahontas, so why does he seem to be involved in this type of activity?

Calvin Botard dont own any thing. They where able to get deeper in debt then they ever dreamed was possible. No such thing as a honest preacher or lawyer

How about all those cows and the land on the eleven point river?
He and the family now own ORC , so they must have had some cash stored up or are going to break the bankers here.
I don't think that they are broke , they don't act that way .
It is my impression that Calvin's children are all pretty nice people and that they work hard.

No, he would have had to miss place the whole church. He took the pews, song books, desk, even the stuff off the walls. Some of that stuff was really old and had been there since the church was a school.

Did he get arrested ? Or did he think that he had permission to move all that church property to ORC?
You know that in the Botard mindset ,if they can take it and nobody complains then in a week or so it's theirs forever!
Maybe, just maybe someone will get charged with grand theft.
Don't hold your breath , remember what kind of law enforcement we don't have here in Randolph county.

Yes , just like the coach Murphy thing , where the sheriff did his job but the county attorney and judge let him off with lying about someone stealing his cell phone and texting dirty messages to that young girl.
The Botards will never go to jail , not in this county they won't.
