And, I suppose, you believe the dogs "know" who should be at your house and who shouldn't? Perhaps a neighor's 3 year old child might be seen, by your dogs, as someone who "aren't suppose (sic) to be there"?...just before they rip the child to bits?
I'll kill every Pit Bull and Rottweiler I see running loose. They're a danger to society. Here's an example...I'd just parked my car at Wal-Mart's in Pocahontas and had exited the car when, suddenly, a Pit Bull...who was tethered, by a 3-foof section of log-chain..in the back of a pickup truck next to my car....lunged at me, barking ferociously and baring it's teeth, snapping at me. I have no doubts that the dog would've caused me great harm had it not been so securely chained.
Kill 'em all, I say.
In the first place, what kind of human tethers an animal with a three-foot chain in the back of a truck. Leave the animal at home. I called the police on my cell phone, but before they arrived a family of, readily apparrent, rednecks came out of Wal-Marts, got in the truck and took off.
thank you for calling the police.

My wife wept when she read some of the posts on here, shes a ANY animal lover. Im afraid however you can complain for or against anything in this town or county and in county for this post purpose, Our County Judge may hear you and tell you he will not pass any more unconstitional laws, but the fact of matter is I think is hes cowed to the elites in this town and its of no use to complain to Judge, he will only call in the Quorum Court, select members and say: what say you on this matter? Hes a pawn to the Court, Average citizen wants something, its tabled, elites want it done, the QC are lobbiests and get it done in the elites favor. Its Pocahontas AR and Randolph Co. AR. The lawsuit against the County Judge and Sheriff has been Continued, Trial date was Sept. 13. Looks like something or someone made some damning statements in those depositions taken under oath last month, Could that have been Tribble, Jansen or Baltz. Tribble copped another EEOC charge on county just from admissions, and who knows what the Baltz subject said that may have continued this mess, hes likely still involved with the city case and may have breached an earlier agreement, I can almost determine thats the case from reading his public depo,And I know how attorneys think and how they tailor a deposition, sometimes designed to get those admissions. Elected Officials here.... they never learn. One poster said it, pass some laws that matter, if not, then follow the damn law themselves and we are asking them to BAN pit bulls, weed, Thats for law enforcement. what about them following the damn law and staying out of lawsuits, Priorities.. wheres the money stolen from Sheriffs office? If they ban the dogs, please dont tell my wife. Hell fire.....How much money is this 3 yr lawsuit gonna cost our citizens. But hell fire, dont talk about the lawsuit around here, shhhhhh.......ban a dog! And they will! TEA!

If I or anyone else see you doing this you will get arrested for animal cruelty.
Period .
If the dog is harming you and on your property that's one thing .
Deliberate poisoning of another persons animal will get you Jail time .
Someone might want to feed you a Smith and Wesson happy meal.

You think it's a "freedom" to allow pit bulls and tottweilers to run loose and chew on children?

I don't think Any dog should be allowed to run free of supervision, mine never have if I am leaving the house they go in a fenced kennel ,if I am home they are in the house.
I live in the country and I have livestock ,my dogs are working dogs.
What does bother me is if someone turns lose their hounds to run through my livestock . The dogs chased the cattle and I gave them a couple of shots in the air and they left .
The point is that everyone is responsible 24/7 for their dogs behavior.

I hope they do outlaw pit bulls and rotweillers. Sooner or later both of these breeds get violent and rip people up. Many times the victims are small children.

How about we just euthanize you. My dogs arent bothering anyone, and they get along with kids just fine. There has been a few times the neighbors kids have come through the woods when they knew they weren't suppose to be on someone else's property, and none of my dogs messed with him. Hell there was a pomeranian that come through my yard the other day and my dogs didn't mess with him. They can sense when someone means them harm that's when they get aggressive. Just because one pitbull at walmart did that to you doesnt mean they all will. I had a fuckin chihuahua barkin and tryin to bite at me so are we gonna say that chihuahuas need to be euthanized. My pits aren't anything compared to the blue heelers I used to have. My blue heeler was meaner than any pit bull I own now. I've seen people bit by blue heelers too so what are we gonna do, just do away with all dogs, because all dogs are unpredictable. You can't just say we could euthanize like 3 or 4 different breeds, if your gonna do away with 3 or 4 breeds you might as well do away with all of them. You are one sad sad person.

Let's talk sensibly about dogs that bite people.

Hounds, cocker spaniels, chichuahuas, and other dogs will "bite", from time to time....but seldom, if ever do they do enough damage to maim or kill a person.

Pit Bulls and Rottweilers KILL people. Most owners of Pit Bulls and Rottweilers will state, after their vicious dog has badly maimed or killed a person, "Well, I just can't believe Ol' Sport (or whatever name) would DO that. He's always been just super friendly to children, before."...or..."Old Mrs. Simpson was always a real friend to Ol' Sport. She petted him every day. And now he's killed her. I just feel terrible about this whole situation."

Please! Please! Let your Pit Bulldogs and/or Rottweillers run loose....and Please!...let me see them before they either go home...or kill someone.

If I see them first, you won't have to worry about them EVER maiming or killing ANYONE.....nor will they ever make it home.

If you get bit by a poodle, beagle, blue heeler, and most domestic dogs. thats all it is just a dog bite. when you get bit by the pit bulls and other attack type breeds. It is a serious situation the dog,s viscious nature stemming from its DNA and genitics takes over. those type dogs are very good at maiming and killing whatever thay are attacking. That is what the breed was developed and bred for. just the same as milk cows are DNA genetically programmed for milk production and beef cows for meat. But a unconstitional law isnt the answer. Punishment for the crime punish the dog and its owner if there is a attack. Not pass laws about someting that might happen.

Lead story on the Memphis news Tuesday at 6, two pit bulls attacked an elderly man outside of an apartment complex. He and his daughter had walked to the store, they got loose and killed him. The daughter got to watch her dad die. She tried to fight them off and got mauled in the process. A couple neighbors intervened also. Even the two paramedics who arrived got bit.

Two pit bulls. You should've listened to the pain in his widows voice that the man she had been with for over 40 years was basically eaten alive by two pit bulls.

Get rid of 'em all. You nuts who think these dogs are good dogs are delusional. I watched one break it's chain so it could run out into the street to chase 3 12-year old boys down the street and bite one of them before I got out there with my ball bat.

As It is implied in your post that you will kill any pit bull or any dog that you deed to be a problem if you can .
I believe that your threat is just BS.
But if you do start killing other people's dogs without justification ,then you can expect that you will have to face some serious consequences for your actions.
If dogs are being murdered then you will be the first suspect and will be traced by your IP address .
You would be held liable for damages and other costs.
I am Not a Pit bull or a Rot or German Shepherd lover , but I believe that there are better ways and legal ways of disposing of dangerous dogs other than randomly shooting every dog you see just because you don't like the looks of it.

"No Fool Here", I've never had a Pit Bulldog or Rottweiler complain, yet, about the way I put 'em down....not even a whimper. And I've put a few away, in my time.

A 30/30 slug between the eyes is as humane as any form of death/euthanasia a dog can endure.

And they make damned good coyote food.

this just happened. the story was just posted today:

CONCORD (BCN)– Concord police say the owner of the pit bulls that attacked and killed a 2-year-old boy Thursday morning has been arrested.

The boy's step-grandfather, 52-year-old Steven Hayashi, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and possession of mischievous animals that result in death. He is being held on $125,000 bail.

The attack happened at the family's home at 1785 of Trailcreek Court around 8:45 a.m.

Police say the child, Jacob Bisbee, was at home with his 19-year-old uncle, grandmother and 4-year-old brother when he walked into the garage and was attacked by three of the five pit bulls owned by the family. The other two not involved in the attack were in the front yard during the incident.

Concord police Lt. Jim Lardieri says the boy was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No other injuries were reported.

All five dogs were seized by the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department and euthanized within hours of the attack.

Thursday afternoon Supervisor Susan Bonilla released a statement saying there’s no record of complaints and no history of any previous incidents filed with Animal Control regarding the dogs involved in the attack of the child.

The Concord Police Department and Animal Services are continuing to investigate this case.

If I see one running lose in my neighborhood, it be be dead in a matter of minutes....

Since it is illegal to discharge a gun in most cities , this should be interesting. Your pledge to kill the dog in a matter of minutes sounds good ,just how are you going to kill the dog ?
shot gun , rifle , bb gun , bare hands , knife or the your powerful death ray stare?
Now when BUBBA the dogs owner finds out finds out that you killed his dog what are you going to say as he cuts your goads off and stuffs them down your throat?

The adults should be jailed the mother and 19 year old brother also! the 4 year old should be taken away from them. Anyone who has children shouldnt own a dog that is so capable of killing.
