These ppl keep their dog tied up outside n I never see them go check on it. They live on church just drive by n you will se him tied up

Call the police or animal control,there is a new law that was passed last year that says you can not keep your dog tied outside..

i've survived 10+ miserable years thanks to her.
not so true for about 95 of my 100 offspring from mr tom cat.
can deal with mice and rats, but koons are tougher than me.
when hungry in the winter, mr fox likes my helpless babies.:(

then again, us citizens are often misled by the city and ordinances and wonder which to follow and which are useless and meaningless since city doesn't enforce all of them(re - ambulance franchise)
