"Hang on",Jess and no need for names is one person talking to himself,however the las post replied we should pay ppl what they are worth,but we cant do that because he does not work,however if you only paid what they were worth 50% of the employee's would starve to death,just showing up at the job does mean that you are a worthwhile employee.
Obviously if you are paid at all which I doubt, you are overpaid.
Oh, and my employees are excellent workers, well groomed, dressed nicely and make more than minimum wage.
Customers compliment me on them all the time, and I past that along those compliments on to them.
I don't have to stand over them to know they are doing their job.
If I had to do that for any employee, I would not need them, it would be easier to do it myself.
