Trisha Louise Mulligan, the wife of former Pocahontas Police Chief Chad Mulligan, was sentenced Thursday to three years' probation and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine for possessing methamphetamine in 2011 while working as a secretary at a law firm in the Randolph County town.

I doubt that he is a convicted felon because he is a lawyer, however I know he was indicted a few years ago with his pappy and Nicky for the child support rip off. I did hear years ago he was in a wreck that someone was killed.

Trish was a big user and many people here knew it but no one could do anything about it locally. Proof that they still took care of her is by the pansy ass sentence she got.
If some people had not loudly complained to the FBI, thje Mulligans would still be running this town.
