PECO Pay insurance

Congratulations Poky! Many new jobs are coming your way. Many questions arise. How much will PECO pay? Will they provide health insurance on their workers. Will they hire local or bring in the much wondered about Hispanic workers that chicken farms have a bad reputation for? Will the smell in NE Arkansas be bearable?
If the wages are low that usually means lots of uninsured motorist driving in the area which insurance companies will raise every bodies rates to help cover. Will the new workers to the area take over the city government? Very possible. This is the reason America needs to increase the minimum wages. Its not that Americans are lazy, its just that they want a livable wage to pay the bills. Contact your representatives. Many states have already raised minimum wage on their own. Arkansas can be another.

Pay starts at $11.00 an hour with benefits. They will hire anyone who would rather earn a living than draw welfare.

To the best of my knowledge, AR is still a right to work state, which means they can fire everyone n bring new crew in next day. They can beat you over the head with the union rules n reg book n get away with it. All a union in AR is going to do for you is take your union due monies!

Don't they allow Picket Lines in Right to Work state ? A picket line could prevent the facility from continuing business until the problems are resolved. Don't be a scab and break a picket tine. Remember the Alamo .

LISTEN! Screw the union talk! You people need to let those who need to work, and not ruin this for the people. This area needs this to work so all you bitchers and cry babies need to shut up if you have a job, and if you sit on your lard asss and draw a check get ready to apply at Peco when they get ready to start hiring.

This damn town has either the fake big shots or the bums, very few normal people who want to work.

Right to work states have no rights. Very misleading name. Should be called. Right to work for less pay and benefits.
