I don't not recommend that any one buy a vehicle from Family Auto Group 917 Highway 67 S, Pocahontas, AR 72455 ( next to the river) they do not stand behind the vehicles & the warranty's they sell you are very limited. I was told that I had a bumper to bumper warranty and that a lie. Bought this truck just made my 3rd payment and having lots of trouble with it and they don't stand by their word !!! Sad when its people you personally know !!! I bought a Santa Fa from them 7 months ago and still waiting for the title !!! Sad when you cant trust people anymore, especially in a small town!!

Troy McDowell is the one who sold me the vehicle with Tina Graham. They lie about the warranty and they do not stand behind what they sell. Plus many other people are coming forward about their sells as well.

I bought a vehicle several months ago and Troy stood behind it above and beyond what he had to do. You are buying a used vehicle, "AS IS" and they can't follow you around for months with a warranty and them make any money at all. I believe they sell their cars in good faith that they are reliable when you buy them. If you want a new car warranty, buy a new car. It is what it is.

These days its tough to get dealers to stand behind the warranty on a NEW rig let alone a used one. For years used cars and trucks must be sold either with or without a warranty and buyer must sign papers as to which. If a USED rig is sold with warranty it must be spelled out in writing. It cracks me up to see people buy a 100,000 mile plus rig and expect a warranty.

There's been MANY people that have had problems getting the title from them. They also change out odometers in vehicles over 10 years old to make it look like it has lower miles. They are crooks and will tell you anything to sell a car.

Did you read the warranty paperwork from top to bottom before you bought the vehicle? There are a lot of rules, etc regarding warranties and what's required of the dealership to honor the warranty.

I also got done like a dinner by Troy Smith at Family Auto Group. He lied through his teeth about the vehicle I purchased. It is devastating that when you know the people and then they rip you off. But every dog has its day hopefully

Used car dealers know about as much about the vehicles they sell as the buyer does. Yes, they may have a mechanic go over it but they don't have a crystal ball to foresee what future problems may lie "down the road" (pun intended). YOU have to know something about a vehicle if you are going to buy used OR take it to your own mechanic and let him give it the go-over but he doesn't have a crystal ball either. That is what warranties are for.........the unforeseen..........and STUFF happens.....to EVERYBODY. I think Troy sells good used cars as far as he can tell. I don't think he would sell you something KNOWING something was wrong with it. You can't stay in business that way.

Theres no excuse why it should take months to get a title back on a vehicle, but little rock sends back needed paperwork and has questions about the rigs they sell all the time. Its a habit, and when you get the letter from little rock, and go in there needing whatever they did wrong... they don't want to help. All you get are excuses. Its a rip off joint. They won't be there a whole lot longer. You cheap and rip off people, don't want to help out when you can't get a title, it'll bite you in the butt after a while.
