Nutcases,

Ok, I think I misunderstood the question (or did not see the sarcasm?)? After thinking about it I don't mind giving the explanation. I wrestled with the question for a long time and did a lot of study.

Ultimately, the overriding reason I've written as much as I have is captured in 1 Corr. 3:6, where Paul wrote, "I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase." While there is great satisfaction in learning, there is no greater thing than learning you have helped bring someone to Christ. So, part of the answer to why I am here is: You.

To be clear the question I wrestled with is "How old is the Earth?"

Evidence says billions of years. Closed minded simpletons say thousands of years. So the correct answer is billions of years old.

Is love all you can come up with because the book plainly tells us we are to hear, believe, confess, repent,an d be baptized in water for the remission of sins and live godly, have you been baptized for the right reasons,if so then you will understand eph 4-4 through 4-6 where it is telling you there is one church.
"Look"

I have walked the walk down the isle of the Southern Baptist Church congregation, confessed my sins, recognized that God sent his Son Jesus to die for my Sins, and "have been washed in the blood" and "had a total immersion baptism".

So, in YOUR JUDGEMENT have I been "BAPTIZED FOR THE 'RIGHT REASONS'?"

Please ask the "preacher" of you congregation to explain term "ordained" means.

If he/she has no clue, or is evasive you might look up the word "cult", or perhaps have your church Bible group study the the question of "False Prophets"
