i still think the whole restaurant thing is a hoax. and can't see that lot selling for much profit if they gave 1/4 mil for it. lot and building cost would be long term risk.Maybe that's why someone bought the old motel. A little inside information? Buy it for a song and sell for a small fortune. It would be a prime piece of real estate if it never floods again.
most investors and franchise folks are smarter than to invest here right now. lot of competition and not many high end daily/weekly diners here to keep it full. just doubt the numbers are here for an outback and a high franchise fee investment and risk.
