Just think people should know that these two places are not good to work at or send your kids to. The people that run it are not nice and will do anything just to get money.

I thought that the place would be something nice ,but it looks like a typical run down hilly billy ranch with on steep barren hills and dusty dirt roads with lots of wondering children .
But
I did not see any Kids that were underfed or in dirty clothes and none seemed to be running away
I noticed that a lot of their employees thunder out of there after about 4:30 .
If they buy the Oak ridge Campus , that will be a big improvement over where they now are.

Ahem...the employees who leave at 4:30 are the office staff(and not even all of them leave then). There is someone with the patients 24 hours a day.

i worked at trinity and i agree that place was the worse place i ever worked. It was so ass backwards no insurance, or raises nothing. They work there workers to death no wonder they cant keep any advisors.

I have been told that they also have discriminate on age and race ,when they hire.
Someone needs to file a grievance with the EEOC .

It WAS the Lord's Ranch name changed my mom worked there at an older age so that is not a problem but they had her working like 12 hour shifts 7 days a week and it wore her down partly because she is diabetic and was not able to eat on time and such and not enough sleep I was NOT impressed with their attitude towards people i also knew a few other poeple that worked there and got a different job as soon as they could soooo.. your guess is as good as mine

They absolutely do not discrimnate against race or age. However, I'm sure that age does play a factor somewhat b/c of physical health. In order to work with the kids a person must be in good physical health as it can be strenuous at times.
how would you know

Since you know so little ,just be informed that they now have a complaint before the EEOC.
