Lyn Hancock in Walnut Ridge. She used to work at Harps. I don't know her last name or number...Harps would probably be able to tell you. Her cakes are so delicous and her prices are very reasonable.

Now that is a difference in price, I think the going rate is 2.00-2.50 per serving

Ok...one thing...its roller not "rollar" and what is wrong with having the Lord present in your everyday life....sounds to me like we have some jealousy issues going on. I have bought all my cakes from Misti and wouldn't go to anyone else. The Misti that I know, goes out of her way to speak to everyone and always has.
Rediculous

This thread began with some genuinely looking for a talented, inexpensive, wedding-cake chef. Why is it that some people feel the need to say negative things about people when there is ABSOLUTELY NO need for it?? And then to make matters worse, can't even spell correctly...LOL!
Misti Stowers is a precious woman of God, who puts all her energy towards making awesome, low-cost, cakes for nearly any occassion. I recently used her for my sons Spongebob cake and she did a fabulous job! In fact, I don't think I have ever seen my little boy more excited than when he saw the cake she made for him.
Misti, you are a phenomenal cake designer and don't let ANYONE tell you any different girlfried!!!! And what's wrong with a Holy Roller anyway!!

Wedding cakes should be baked in the form of Pocahontas' old courthouse....replete with two figurine divorce attorneys holding wads of cash and figurines of a bride and groom, both frowning.

I should've known it was a bad omen when, on my wedding day, I found a roach in my piece of wedding cake. Turns out, though, I wasn't married to a roach....I was married to a fornicatin' RAT!

Maybe it was an sign of things to come, however, that I found the roach in my cake....because I sure found a lot of roaches (not the insect kind...the rolled up kind) in my ex-husbands pockets, his truck, and in the shed out back.

I hate weddings, to this day....and wedding cake, too.

Not all men (or women) are lying cheating dogs. Not all marriages end up in bitter divorces, but I empathize and I am sorry yours turned out badly. Just do us happy people and future happy people a favor and don't try to piss on our parades. Thanks.

Oh, I'd never even contemplate pissing on your parade...or anyone elses parade.

But you'd better hide your wedding cake, though...'cause I will, definitely, hose down that sucker with a golden shower.

YOU ARE SO WRONG. so wrong. I have met Misty and used her for 2 separate occasions. BOTH EVENTS were BLESSED for the WONDERFUL job she did on my cakes. Not only were the cakes BEAUTIFUL they were good. Misty was very polite, professional, PROMT, and the cakes were EVERYTHING I wanted and expected and so much more. Misty went out of her way to make sure that both my events were everything they could be plus some with the absolutely wonderful cakes she made for me.

I wouldn't recommend Tenille. I don't think she has time. I've alwasy used in her the past, but last time I tried to me several calls before we got together. When I picked up my cake it was so dry you couldn't eat it. I'm not sure if it was staled or over cooked. Her quality has really went down.

Really, you are such a low life for this! Misty's cakes are awesome. She keeps her prices low so that more ppl can enjoy them. She is very polite and gets you exactly what you want!

That is extremely rude and tacky. This is supposed to be a happy time for this girl. How about you go learn about tact and manners.
As for the girl asking about cakes..First Congrats to you and fiance. I wish you many happy years.
price chopper does sheet cakes that you can layer for a cheaper option or Misty that was mentioned is excellent as well. I have not used any of the others mentioned.
