I think it is a great idea. I wish all towns and cities would do this. As a law abiding citizen I do not find this offensive. Less crime may be committed and more criminals may be apprehended. Where is the bad in that? So we have to show ID and answer a few questions. Big deal.

A clear violation of the 4th Amendment. And Arkansas has violated the 10th by passing a law that allows it.
