your deductible will depend on what tier you choose.but it is better then having no insurance at all...i rather pay a deductible of 5000.00 then 50,000.00 for my heart attack i had a few years ago...and when i lost my job cobra was 600+ a month for my family... i know of one woman she has a child and she makes less than 27000.00 per year and she said her payment is going to be around 100.00, and they told her it might go down even more before the first of the year...

Oh its great if your old and never took care of yourself unless youre 76 at that point they choose whether you get help or just pain meds to ease your death. The young people that could get insurance Today for 50 or 60 bucks a month will now pay around 200 a month or get taxed at tax time for not paying for the old and the lazy people that wont work. But guess what by the looks of it and by how many payers have signed up to take care of the payees. Obamacares a flop. Thank God for that because if you havent noticed how bad the economy is already just wait until the 2 trillion obamacare price tag hits america if by some miracle the muslim in chief gets his way this country of freedom is over and the socialist country of america begins.

The really great thing about KommieKare is you don't have to actually buy it until you're really ill and really need health insurance! At that point, who cares what it costs! In the mean time, just use the ER for free like all the illegal aliens do.

Just accept that theoretically you'll be fined. But who cares? The fines for not having insurance are peanuts and Congress forbids the IRS from collecting the fines other than subtracting them from any refund you might get. So just make sure you never get a refund. Besides, if you don't file taxes you don't have to pay the fines anyway, and several groups are exempted from buying KommieKare based on religious grounds too, plus there are at least two dozen hardship grounds for not paying the fines as well.

If you want to protect your health AND finances you choose an insurance company, that is, if you are not a deadbeat. Or, with O'Care, you must choose an insurance company whether you are a deadbeat or not.
Either way, you are using a system built with a socialist core... everyone throws their money in one pot, then takes out what they need. The only difference is that marketing campaigns have convinced a number of us that its OK to participate only if stockholders profit, i.e., socialism thinly disguised as capitalism.
RUN, YOU FOOLS, RUN....

If your healthy. Don't buy insurance. The fine for not complying is $95. Or 1% of your gross income whichever is greater. If the Healthy opt out Obama Care will self implode.

Im pretty much disappointed with the way our republic has declined. The Obama care was the last straw for me. Tha supreme court got it wrong. the Obama care law forces me to engage in commerce. If I refuse I am deemed a criminal subject to punishment. Ill not omply. There is no reward great enough to entice me to buy health insurance, There is no punishment harsh enough to force me to comply. There isn't now and hasn't been for a wile a viable political or ballot box solution. So where does that leave Us. What Next? If we don't stop the UN & NWO we become completely communist. I of the opinion better dead than red. Its time to revolt.
