Take them to small claims court, if that don't work, go take your material back, you paid for it.

I wouldn't just show up at the place of business expecting to remove the material. Try small claims court first, it might also be a good idea to file a workman's lien against them for the amount they owe.

i know ive been hit so hard in my business by people of businessin this town a couple of yrs ago i redone completly a jet boat for a mechanic in town $3700 plus dollars material and labor he told me had it sold and would pay me then finally i had to file materials and labor lein at the court house against the boat that appraised at about $10,000 and was in the process in the small claims court then he killed his self a shady pawn shop owner(the one across from pizza hut) in town hide the boat for about 4 months saying he owed him money and put it out front of his business when i tried to claim it (he didnt have a lein or papers on it i had legal ones) he sold it and they hid it again needless to say i got screwed there too that was a hard hit i probably want get my money here either but i bet i cause them some problems before i stop the bible says give a man an honest days pay for an honest days work and this was all honest in every asspect i need to be paid
Slap a lien on em

You can file a mechanic's lien against their property. Just type up something stating who, how much, what date the work was done. Basically what you put on their invoice. Be sure to include the address of the property in it. Then take it to the circuit clerk's office and have them file it as a lien. It goes against the real estate like a judgement. It won't get you the money immediately, but they can not sell or re-finance the real estate without paying it. Be sure to ask if you have to renew it every now and then.
