Well I don't owe them money! I'm just having a lot of problems since they have fixed it twice! Know them problems are going to be 700 dollars to fix!

I've used them before with little or no problems. I have some work to get done on my fishing truck. I was thinking of taking it to them. What kind of problems did you have?

the only problem I had was I told them the wrong tire size because the internet said it was the size I told them. Went to go have tires put on and they were too big, had to reorder those tires. Was totally not their fault.

When I first took it there and they fixed my problem they made a mistake in the air and they said it was there mistake and they fixed it but know I have a bigger problem with it and thats going to be 455 dollars and when they fixed the first problem I had also asked them to check my power steering system because I knew there was a problem and they didnt check it like I asked them to so now thats going to be 200 dollars. I paid them 650 dollars for parts and labor! Bull Sh*t! I have found a better place to go to now off the square! Much better and low prices really nice people. Pocahontas tire and auto were nice people but low quality work! After I started having problems with the air I did take it up there and they said they would check it out and told me that it was the clutch just working out some ajustments from not using it in the winter bull crap. I have to change the whole air system know and that just really sucks!

this is for problem. well take your vehicle to the one off the square. I use pocahontas tire and auto when ever I need work done on my truck. and I have never had one bit of a problem. I think that they do an excellent job and they are all nice to me every time that I am there. you are the only one that I have ever heard of that has complained about them. who to say that you will not have problems out of the one on the square. you can not expect to get work done on your vehicle for free, parts cost alot of money. Their quality of work is good. not one complaint here.

you go ahead and take it to the one on the square you think you have problems now ha ha and that low qoute turns into a big bill in the end. a $300 job cost me $3500 in the end because of his mistakes and my car is still not right.

You are probably joking but might be much closer to truth. This IS happening every day and you would be surprised at the people doing this type thing and selling prescription meds that your tax dollars are paying for daily. Between free cell phones and free minutes and the welfare, disability and all the other undeserving cheats we are all getting ripped off daily. Check out the overflowing grocery carts and watch them being paid for with food stamps and carts with a smaller amount is usually paid for by hard earned cash.

I know a guy there named Darrell. He claims the be the best mechanic, but he ends up messing shit up more. don't know if he still works there or not but that's why shit isn't working right. it's cause of him. figures all mechanic's are like that right. better off to do it yourself.

There horrible.....they was going to fix my truck and it was going to be 800 bucks.....they tore it apart and I end up selling it to them for 250 because the messed it up.......them bam I saw it on the road like a week later.........CROOKS!!!

They are both good shops. Good honest prople work at both places. I have had to take my old wore out rig to both and even had to take back to both places i am ignorant to mechanics but both places fixed my problem and did not charge me extra. Took it to competition and they told me pocy tire were idiots I was looking for Rick Roth they said he quit there was a coup;e of kids working and the lady in office was running her mouth about Rick and told me the mechanics they have now are better by far. She said they had the best. then handed me a qoute 4 times as much as anyone else wanted. I will not pay that for kids to do work, did my homework and used pocy tire bessy running great and the cost was 4 times less. I also needed a tire and they had a usedone they gave me to get by didn't even charge me and told me they would work with me on another when I got some money.Took to dvet for another problem guy drove with me on it I explained the problem hooked to machine confirmed fixed and bill not that bad. Comp all together wanted still $300 more to fix what both did and got a loaner tire to boot. That woman at comp. told me pocy tire was a joke what a sales woman. Looks like the joke was on her. She talked and priced her outof my business and speaking badly about Rick sealed the deal not to use them he worked there along time and sure made them some money.
