Just the answer one would expect from a mealy mouth punk, that's a few fries short of a Happy Meal!!'50 months ago'!! What an idiot!! Here's the current article in its entirety. It describes poor, blinded Barney and the hypnotic state he lives in with his big old dog!!

Published by: Herman Cain on Sunday August 24th, 2014

"It is often said that liberals don’t understand economic incentives. If they did, it’s presumed, they would have known that ObamaCare would destroy jobs by making labor more expensive.
I don’t think it’s true that they don’t understand how these incentives work. As two items in the news the past week demonstrate, they understand the incentives perfectly well except when they’re too invested in denying the truth about them.
Last week, I wrote about the Cadillac Tax, which essentially the Democrats’ attempt to eliminate “too good” health insurance by levying a punitive tax on companies who provide more generous benefits than Democrats prefer. When they included the Cadillac Tax in ObamaCare, Democrats understood exactly what they were doing. They were trying to eliminate something they don’t like by adding to the cost of that thing. So yes, Democrats know: Make something more expensive, and people will do with less of it.
The problem, however, is that ObamaCare does exactly the same thing with respect to the cost of labor in general. By mandating that employers provide health insurance for everyone who works 30 hours a week or more, and by insisting on standards for said insurance beyond what many employers would choose if left to their own devices, Democrats have made it more expensive to procure the services of labor.

The result, as the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, has been entirely predictable:
-In the Philadelphia area, 18 percent of employers are cutting employees (compared with only 3 percent who are adding), and a similar 18 percent is shifting the composition of its workforce to more part-time workers as a result of ObamaCare.
-In New York State, 21 percent of manufacturers and 16 percent of service firms are reducing employment specifically because of ObamaCare.
-In the Atlanta area, 34 percent of businesses plan to hire more part-time workers than in the past.

Why is this happening? That isn’t even hard. What did I just tell you about incentives? When you make something cost more, people will get by with less of it. No matter how much liberals try to insist ObamaCare is not the cost of it, we know that it is and the companies themselves are telling us it is.

(Continued from above...)

"Why is this happening? That isn’t even hard. What did I just tell you about incentives? When you make something cost more, people will get by with less of it. No matter how much liberals try to insist ObamaCare is not the cost of it, we know that it is and the companies themselves are telling us it is. So then: How can they possibly deny it? We’ve already demonstrated that they can understand how economic incentives work. They are only too happy to use them when it suits their purposes. Yet they don’t understand that job-killing incentives are at work in the details of ObamaCare to kill jobs? That makes no sense.
Unless: People have a powerful (and not very helpful) ability to disregard what they should clearly understand if they don’t want to understand it. Consider Democrats’ reactions to news stories this past week about President Obama going off to play golf after commenting on the murder of James Foley by ISIS. Republican criticisms of Obama for this? Why, they were purely political and completely illegitimate! Yet when George W. Bush played golf during crucial battles in Iraq, they were making the same criticisms. You could say this just shows they’re hypocrites, but I think in many cases they desperately want to believe there is nothing wrong with things Obama does, even though they blasted Bush for doing the same things.

They want that desperately enough to convince themselves that Obama was right and Bush was wrong. How do you deal with the obvious inconsistency? You simply wallow in denial.
That’s what they’re doing with respect to the destruction of jobs by ObamaCare. They’re wallowing in denial. They’re entirely capable of understanding what’s really happening. They just don’t want to understand it.(And you had better believe they don’t want you to understand it.)
I actually saw Obama asked about what’s happening in the job market, and he responded dismissively,“That’s not because of the Affordable Care Act. That’s because of other factors.”
Oh? And what other factors would he have in mind? None. Not that it would matter anyway. Obama doesn’t believe ObamaCare is killing jobs because Obama doesn’t want to believe that. So he wallows in denial. Surely you’ve seen this in your own life. You’ve seen people going broke, but in denial. People trapped in addiction, but in denial. People losing their marriages, or in trouble in their jobs, or needing desperately to change their diets ... but in denial. The truth is obvious to everyone else, but they don’t see it – not because they’re not capable of seeing it, but because they simply don’t want to.
That’s the Democrats’ view of ObamaCare in a nutshell. Don’t expect them to acknowledge the negative impacts of the law. They won’t, because they don’t want to. It seems astonishing until you recognize the human capacity to disregard what is plainly obvious and easily understood.
You don’t help yourself when you act in fear of the truth."

I don't know. I'm inclined to think Barney is the exception to the rule, and he not only doesn't want to see the truth, but he's incapable of even recognizing the truth.

What a sad life you must have, feeling the need to ( in this case, attempting) bring others down to your level so you can feel equal to them.

Actually showing people what to avoid is not bringing anyone down, pointing out your many inadequacies (in this case, needlessly) is a public service. If you were to see a small child playing with a lighter, you should stop them. By the same token we need to prevent your self destruction when you type on the keyboard. Years ago the United Negro Fund used the slogan "A mind is a terrible thing to waste", they had yours in mind when they came up with slogan. Of, the children that will be saved and properly educated by simply not following the path you chose.

You've done the same thing hundreds of times. You were so quick to come up with this info, it kind of makes us wonder if it's required reading for your therapy. With your 4-F classification I guess we should have expected it. Are you seeing a government psychologist? I respect you for seeking help, small children should not have to be frightened every time they go outside. Go to your appointments, take you meds and keep that ankle bracelet on.

WASHINGTON—According to a report released Monday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, financial concerns are prompting a growing number of Americans to delay retirement until the very last seconds of their lives. “Given economic conditions under this administration, we have seen more and more middle-class citizens waiting until their final handful of breaths to step down from their careers,” said Bureau spokesperson Dolores Snyder, who told reporters that older Americans are now enjoying retired life for half an hour on average, typically long enough to have a pleasant conversation with a loved one or get started on a crossword puzzle. “Retirement’s different for everyone—some people may finish up working and then live off Social Security benefits for a few moments before passing on, while others might be able to lead active retired lives that last an entire afternoon. After a lifetime of working tirelessly to support themselves and their families, being able to enjoy several dozen seconds of retirement is a much-needed reward for most Americans.” Snyder added that to live comfortably in retirement, an increasing number of retirees are opting to supplement their income during their final few moments on earth with part-time jobs.

WASHINGTON—Saying that there must be hundreds, if not thousands of them panting and gasping, First Lady Michelle Obama told reporters Monday that she still hears the labored breaths of overweight schoolchildren whenever she closes her eyes. “The huffing and puffing—I just can’t escape it,” said a visibly distraught Obama, describing the disembodied chorus of tiny wheezing lungs that has haunted her every single day since the beginning of her husband’s presidency. “It starts off slow, but then it gets faster and faster, louder and louder. Each night brings the endless pitter-patter of them running flat-footed across the gymnasium floor and then struggling to catch their breath. Oh, God, I can even hear them now.” At press time, sources said President Obama was awoken from his sleep by a sweat-soaked First Lady hysterically begging him to make them stop.

Here's another 'real issue', Barney.
FATCA. I'm sure you are well versed on this tax law, being so current on 'real issues'.
It is another invasion by the government, proposed in 2009 by corrupt democratic representatives (one being Charles Rangel), heavily supported by the Obama Administration, and buried in the appropriations bill HIRE (Hiring Incentives to Restore Economy) Act as an amendment by none other than the upstanding Senator Harry Ried, most of Congress didn't even realize what FATCA was, or that it was in the bill. It was signed into law by the President March 18, 2010, and yet, many in Congress still don't know the consequences of FATCA. If you wonder why, here is a link to the HIRE Act.
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/hr4213-111/t...

FATCA, itself, was never even subject to a cost/benefit analysis by the Committee of Ways and Means. Of course, Obama boasted of it raising 800 million dollars in revenue each year, back in 2010
In actuality, FATCA was intended to offset the cost of the HIRE Act, but the cost to implement FATCA will cost far more than revenue gained, and revenue gained was actually just going to cover the costs of HIRE. What a tangled web we weave...

Fast forward to 2014. FATCA has been such a global nightmare, it was only implemented in July, 2014, and not fully.
http://americansabroad.org/issues/fatca/fatca...

http://www.economist.com/news/leaders/2160590...

These two links are very informative.
Of course, American Democrats Living Abroad organization 'understand FATCA had good intentions', but they have been working feverishly since 2011 to repeal FATCA.
A politically correct statement that doesn't directly criticize the President and Democratic Congress that passed it, but their fight to be heard and repeal it show how bad FACTA really is.

Talk about real issues, Barney.

You are an idiot, and you like to be an idiot.
Obviously, you don't really know anything. Nothing.

Obviously, you aren't embarrassed to expose the fact that you are an idiot and know absolutely nothing about absolutely nothing.

Real issues?? You can't discuss real issues because real issues bury you in the mud and muck of those in DC that you parrot.

Barney is a hero. How many 4-Fers do you know that have aspired to the heights that he has sank to. Whenever there is one more than three Fers, you will find Barney. Salem will someday build a statue and dedicate it to people like Barney, it will be known as the Effing Statue and birds from near and far will deposit the feelings of everyone that knows Barney upon it.
