I think its funny. There is nothing to fix. Its a problem of too many parasites and too few producers. How can you fix that? This Is the Beginning of SHTF. Its going to eventually happen no matter what. Why not now? Ive prepared and am as ready as ill ever be! death to the UN and NWO

Many of the comments of the SHTF website are very funny. Go there and watch the video of the woman who has 6 kids by 6 different fathers lament that her free food has dried up!

LMAO, now he thinks he is Ronald Reagan!
"Reagan was speaking out against an early version of Medicare, which has become very popular since it was enacted 44 years ago, Reagan's dire predictions of curtailments of freedom were never realized."
"If you don’t, this program I promise you, will pass just as surely as the sun will come up tomorrow and behind it will come other federal programs that will invade every area of freedom as we have known it... to find that we have socialism, and if you don’t do this and I don’t do this, one of these days we are going to spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children, what it once was like in America when men were free."

"Reagan's predictions of curtailment of freedom were never realized."

Oh, Barney...Reagan's predictions have only never been realized by a few idiots...Well, like you for example, Barney. And whomever you quoted your first paragraph from.
Your simplistic mind must be what leads to your inability to know when to just be quiet.
Even when a plan/program is enacted (be it government or personal) and becomes 'very popular' doesn't mean it is fiscally sound and responsible...especially with greedy politicians in charge of it.
Are you going to tell us that you are pleased with the changes to your Medicare plan/coverage/prescription plan, and that it is not pinching your pocketbook, due to the changes in its design over the last couple of years?
(Well, you probably will try to say something to that effect...even though there won't be a shadow of a doubt that you are lying)

And how about the 'threat to social security' that the liberal liars use as scare tactics and hold over the heads of senior citizens everywhere? There's a very popular program. However, according to your own party, will be bankrupt soon due to its mismanagement... mismanaged by the corrupt politicians you defend!

Do you simply have zero reasoning skills and common sense? Zero ability to look just a few years in the future and see the disastrous consequences that are going to happen as we push, full throttle ahead with more government programs like OWE-Bama care that will continue to drain the pockets of those that don't have it?
Has it really been that long since you have been able to have even one lucid thought on your own without a liberal media outlet spewing the same rhetoric into your brainwashed mind, that you really are completely void of common sense?

Barney, when 'we the people' collectively exercise democracy in this country by voting in an election, have a determined decision/winner, only to have some obscure, appointed federal judge step in, and nullify the people's vote/voice...it doesn't matter what side of the vote you're on, it is outrageous, and it is chipping away at the democratic process. That is freedom being invaded by government, Barney, and it is hard to think that even your thinking process can't see that!

George W. Bush pushed things through that we all knew were not for the overall good of the people...and they haven't been. Clinton did it...but never in my adult life, has a President been so blatantly and willfully against the will and the voice of the people by bullying his policies straight down the throats of an already choking middle America with policies that are detrimental to our country as Owebama.

Loyalty is admirable, Barney, but stupid, blind faith, full speed ahead when you see an iceberg right in front of you, following til your sinking death is insane. Is that it, Barney? Are you just insane, or is there still hope for your brain?

Curious,
What do you think can be done to rein in congress?
Do the voters pick the candidates?
I would like to see the electoral college dropped.
We can count votes now.
Please make politicians explain why borrowing money to give away in foreign aid is a good idea.
Liked the things you said, thanks for posting

You do realize that loss of freedoms doesn't mean people are thrown in jail or kept in concentration camps don't you. We have lost freedoms with the expansion of Medicare. You just don't see it because America hasn't collapsed yet. Total failure is the only way a Democrat will realize that their ideology is a failure. Even then they will look for someone else to blame.

Boy Barney don't play much anymore. Either his TV is broken and he can't pick up msnbc or he is so disgusted in the way his hero Obama has turned out that he would rather curl up in front of the fire place and cry himself to sleep..

Sympathize with the boy, remember when we found out about the Tooth Fairy? Disillusionment is tough. I believe that the kid down the street from Barney hurt his fingers playing football and can't type for him.

Those who perform work that actually uses the natural resources of the planet to make ,build & grow ane producing makers. If the work doesn't do that your a parasite taker. Too many takers and not enough makers. Too few producers cannot support the too many parasites.

When is the next city council meeting
OUTRAGED

United States

#27296 Oct 14, 2013

First and third Tuesday of month 7 PM
Be on time they get 250 per meeting and are not bent on doing anything for the city except show up briefly to draw the salary they voted for themselves. Highest pay in state per capita. AH
Brinkley
But then the coffee drinkers at Genes did not want to pay Skouras because she was a woman. Nor Armstrong because she was a black woman. Yes they said it out loud. Mr Bankruptcy told Skouras if she would get rid of Armstrong she could have more pay
SKOURAS just laughed and reported the incident to the FBI and Mr Bankruptcy has a file.
Mr Bankruptcy is running for mayor. He expects a large salary being a white male.

Same ole song that has been sung by Republicans since the inception of Social Security in 1935, and in 1965 when Medicare came along.

Here we are, 70 some odd years later, still moving along, Republicans would still love to do away with both.

(FYI...Barney, you will not like this post. You should probably skip it)
We have an individual 'people problem' in our country, and until this mindset changes, life will continue to spiral downward for the majority of middle America...a group whose voice is heard the least, but is slammed the hardest by selfish/greedy choices of others.

Are politicians the ones to hold accountable? Can we look back so very many years ago, to the foundation of government assistance programs, and wonder if this was the ultimate intentional goal from their beginning...this government dependent society? Does the phrase,
"We are what we have been becoming" seem even more ominous if we consider the idea that we are who we are today as a nation because we have been mere mice in a government maze, guided through deliberate and calculated twists and turns to end up here...with the government controlling our health care, monitoring our private phone calls, incorporating our children into a government village (a village where the court jester is in charge)?
Are they responsible for this mindset of so many in our country today...this 'entitlement generation' that feel they deserve and are owed benefits and privileges based simply on the premise of "I deserve things just because I want them, yet I have no desire to put forth any effort to attain them, so you must provide them to/for me, and frankly, I am not shamed by this at all. It's just not fair that you have...and I don't...so give me mine."

(BTW, Barney, if you are reading, and you haven't had a coronary yet, hang on to your race card just a little bit longer, and try to hold off spinning the only brain washed rhetoric that has been indoctrinated into your mind and you repeatedly bellow.)

Here is a link that describes the words and actions of some in our society today that receive government assistance. It is lengthy, but I would encourage you to really concentrate attention to the 'comments' section. My words here are only my opinion...but they are certainly influenced by the comments left by the 'entitlement generation'.
Please read the following news story:
http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2013/10/12/off...

(Case in point, Barney's ridiculous response above.
What a fool you are, Barney, to draw a political party line with such a permanent marker! The 'Barneys' of today would be the other alternative for who is responsible and accountable for the entitlement generation of today's society)
