Ok... third times the charm. I have tried to post, now a third time, and it keeps deleting or not posting. Debbie did not write the comment. I appreciate all of your support for Debbie and I both. She is a classy woman and a good agent. We both pride ourselves in our work ethic and knowledge of the business. This is an industry that is impossible to make EVERYONE happy. It is a business about relationships with our clients. Keep in mind, the same qualities that make us good at what we do are the same qualities that can frustrate others at times. As this is a business thread, lets move on and talk about something productive and not buy into false posters with an agenda to create problems that arent necessary. My advice is that if you dont have a business relationship with an agent, you should interview a few before deciding anything. All companies offer different types of marketing and are very diverse in their approach to customer satisfaction and agent appreciation. At RVI, we focus mainly on our internet marketing. Again, thanks to everyone for their support and passion for their agent, whether it was Debbie or myself. Thanks! Harold

I have purchased and sold numberous parcels of real estate. I have had many realtors over the years. I know what I'm looking for, and on the sell side, I always know what the market will bear, and with a few tricks I've learned over the years, there are ways to squeeze every extra dime out of that buyer and still make them believe they're getting the deal of a lifetime.

How do I choose a realtor? That's easy.

I talk to many and interview each one, and listen to their marketing plan on how they will benefit me, if I am selling, or on the buy side, I know what I want, so the listing agent on the parcel is sometimes out of my control.

After interviewing and researching each agent very carefully, then I weigh the decision and make my selection.

The one I choose is always.....

The one with the biggest tits!

WELL he is a BAG!
He played everyone for a sucker and got away with for awhile.
Wasn't he supposed to marry some rich women?
He was working at a real estate office in west Memphis.
Old Phil made sure he got all these trophies and training as a hot shot and then Harold walked out and started his own business.

Maybe Old harold will soon be back here in NEA. I think he got married and then fleeced his wife of some money and she dumped his butt in the street and Out in the cold.
