There is something you can be charged with if you are claiming to have served in the military and haven't. I served in the army, and have to say that although I loved being in the army, I did nothing to protect anyone's freedom, it was a job choice.

cnn and msnbc did not go to court over spreading false initiatives and lies.. fox has... fox has also lost ALOT of credible reputation with this whole bengahzi situation and making much ado about nothing... republican controlled legislature across the country is working on trying to end abortion instead of fighting for new jobs within their state... including yours... also other republicans use the classic line if you vote for obama then your drawing a check?...i mean really ... obama won the electorial and popular vote... he's working on bringing back jobs... while republicans are working on destroying womens rights and personal freedom.. move on down to texas and secede from the union go ahead.. see how well you guys like living then.... no state in union can successfully secede and make it on it's own... republicans are constantly saying turn it over to the states yet insteaed of taking initiative and working with obamacare they opted out and now by law the government has to pay for it all ... they would rather have the government help with both hands open and bent over with a bottle of lube rather than fend for themselves... republicans are so hypocrytical and there is not one "republican" on here that has posted anything worth reading. since none of them are in the income bracket as the ones in washington they rely on fox news to brainwash them into beleiving that whatever is comming out of their leaders mouths is all rainbows and gumdrops.. when in all reality they are not even talking about the real matters at hand... i mean trying to say there was a "benghazi scandal" ... get real .. noones buying that and even republicans are turning on themselves .. there are a few left and those few will ultimately decide which way the country is going to go and i feel they are on the "right side of history" just as obama has been all along and will ultimatly side with him and against these irresponsible, ignorant tea party republicans like cantor and ryan.

first off you guys don't even know the person "assuming" to be in the military... and next thing there is no against claiming to have been in the military... there is a law called the stolen valor act that makes it "illegal for unauthorized persons to wear, buy, sell, barter, trade, or manufacture "any decoration or medal authorized by Congress for the armed forces of the United States, or any of the service medals or badges awarded to the members of such forces." In the 18 months after the act was enacted, the Chicago Tribune estimated there were twenty prosecutions. The number increased as awareness of the law spread.[9]" everyone is entitled to there own opinion on here... but alot of judgement without evidence has been passed on other people on here without any means to defend oneself besides just denying the lies... noone on here is the judge and jury so jumping to insain conclusions about about someones personal life is below ignorance and deserves no place in discussion of political matters.... republicans are currently getting into a big mess in congress with types of allogations like these and it just goes to show you that i guess all republicans watch fox news LOL
